Dunelm

I popped i.nto the Farnborough store last week to buy a few bits and some bedding and I have to say that the lady who served me called Joanne was very friendly, approachable and chatty and helpful and explained their Policy re bedding which was much appreciated. Also nice to see a welcoming smiley face at the till. Great Customer Service experience.

We went to shop at Dunelm yesterday and encountered one of the best cashiers that I have encountered anywhere in the Surrey Area. Joanne assisted us and was friendly, vibey and just oozed enthusiasm. We just loved the interaction and it made such a difference to the shopping experience. Thank you so much Joanne for making our day!

Love this shop, .. go in every other week to look for bargains, the staff are friendly,. Especially the cafe staff alway a service with a smile

Good quality items for a fair price.
I traveled 25 mins to buy from this place..... That in itself says so much!

Absolutely obsessed with the place since I found it when I moved to a new area and literally kitted out my whole house pretty much with everything that they sell in the store.

It is a good sized store and stocks diversity and choice of items - from furniture, rugs, curtains and lamps to artificial plants, baking utensils, bedding or candles - this store has so much going for it. Add to it easy free parking and opening hours, plus true value pricing and you have a winning combination.

This review is based on the cafeteria upstairs and not on the actual shop itself, sorry.
I recently had my car serviced at Halfords (opposite), so I thought I would visit the cafe in dunelm whilst waiting which you can see from the carpark. I was greeted with a smile by a lady called Jen who was so helpful and very friendly. I was made to feel so welcome and I was advised what I could eat and drink availabiIity etc. My cuppa and hot sandwich weren't too bad either.

My god, I love Dunelm. A wide range of stuff for the home, in a variety of styles and at great prices.

There's also a cafe on site.

I popped in to collect a pair of curtains I ordered online and it took just a few minutes to scan the barcode on my email and then for the assistant to appear with my product.

Great for a coffee and cake, good price too. Lovely friendly staff adds to the relaxing feel the café has. Great jacket potatoes as well!

Great sized store and very friendly staff on the tills, and particularly wanted to say thank you to the young man at the cafe (not sure what his name was but on shift on 10th sept around 2pm) who was very friendly and gave excellent service (and made us great coffees including a great iced latte, lovely for a hot day!)

Pretty big Dunelm, we went during January sales and it had a good layout. The cafe inside is brilliant and really well priced. The staff seem to be out and about with plenty around to ask for help if needed.

Once you find a member of staff . They are really helpful. But are lacking on floor staff

The staff in this shop are amazing. I work in retail myself and know how hard it is to keep customers happy. The customer service here is just fantastic. Cafe is lovely too, my daughter and I have had soup, cake, coffee and hot chocolate in here and it has all been lovely. Thank you all so much

Always spend more than intended as they have such lovely things in stock

The store gets a 5* because they do a really good job of sqeezing stuff in. Parking is a pain because you can't return for three hours but there are normally spaces. Good tip when exiting the car park turn left away from Asda and B&Q and turn left again and it brings you out at the main road, avoiding all the queues.

Had a lovely snack at the Dunelm café after some shopping and am pleased to say the staff were fantastic! They gave 100% despite being hectically busy with a que full of people. They still made you feel important and didn't rush you at the till. Very attentive, kind and friendly environment. Special mention to Anthony and Lauren for being amazing on the tills and smashing it on a very busy Saturday! Thank you for your hard work and for being so lovely and genuine x
