Vets4Pets - Bagshot

Had my dog spayed with Vets4Pets Bagshot. Couldn’t fault the care or the price. They were great with my girl and very reassuring when I called to check up that all was well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Took my hamster there for itching issue. Given medicine for very reasonable amount. Lovely caring vet and staff. They are now my vet of choice. Been back a couple of times since and absolutely brilliant every time.

Fantastic vets, my cat loved it here and actually laid on the table.

The vets and staff are brilliant. They look after my animals so well.

For our visit today. Louise wasso great with me and our lovely dog Chiarra who she calmed straight away . With her expertise our dog is in a better shape than she has been for a couple of years .
Maxine and the other receptionists are so kind and helpful and very welcoming , and the prices are kept fair . Wouldn’t trust anyone other surgery with my beloved dog .

Steph & Louise are both outstanding vets. Both are always very gentle, kind and understanding of our rescue dog’s nervous disposition.
Megan, their wonderful veterinary nurse, knew exactly who our dog was and that she is anxious and needs space on arrival.
Similarly Maxine, their super cheerful and helpful receptionist, manages other patients knowing our dog is very timid.
The whole team are outstanding; always so helpful, friendly, kind and caring.
Could not be happier. Very fair pricing.

It was my first visit to Vets4Pets and everyone was so kind to my dog and very friendly. Louise, the lady vet I saw was lovely, and had a very good way with Jasper, who is usually very nervous at vets, but he was handled so carefully and gently that he didn't mind at all. Louise also explained everything to me very clearly. I was extremely satisfied, thank you very much!

The receptionists were very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Sarah the vet was kind, caring, knowledgeable and friendly.
I liked the separate seating for cats and dogs to avoid stress to the pets.
Having easy parking is such an asset

Amazing service from a wonderful vets practise , from the reception team to the nurses and then to the amazing vets , nothing is too much trouble and the kindness of Louise today when we had a difficult conversation was lovely . You wont go wrong if you take your beloved pets to this vets xx

The staff here are always so friendly and caring for our pets! Always happy to give advise over the phone if we have had any concerns. There's a reason we travel specifically to these guys. Cannot recommend them more!

I use this vets for all of my dogs, and then puppies, they are always friendly, caring and easy to speak to. I also have another vets nearer to home, but by far prefer this one, even if i do have to travel a bit.

Amazing nurse, she looked after our guinea pig as if she was her own, even letting her hide in her jacket! The cost was kept as low as possible. I will definitely be returning and recommending her! Thank you so much.

Louise and her staff at vets4pets Bagshot are one in a million. We went through a difficult time earlier in the year and Louise took us under her wing providing not only medical care for my daughter’s dog but also showing compassion and incredible kindness. We then lost our cat a few weeks ago and Louise was again there for us. We cannot thank her and her staff enough for making a tough time easier to cope with. Louise and her team are just amazing - both of my male dogs are terrified of the vet and they all do their absolute utmost to make them feel secure. Absolutely the best vet I have ever been with, love them!!

They are always so friendly! I phoned up as I couldn’t get one of the rabbits in their crate they were being so naughty thinking it was a game and they were more than understanding and luckily I turned up just in time but they told me not to worry and they will still be able to see us whenever we get there! Brilliant service as usual :) thank you

Lovely people and felt very welcoming. Phoned day before for advice and was given it without any issues- it actually saved me over £50 I would have to spend in another clinic. Moved my pet straight away to Vets4pets. Highly recommended!

The warm friendly nature of all the staff is such a welcome experience. Louise always has time to talk through things properly and we never feel rushed or worried about asking her anything. My availability was catered for and I was given an appointment very quickly that suited me. Staff are ALWAYS so friendly, accommodating and helpful. I was asked if I had any queries or concerns which is always helpful, and my pet was seen to very quickly. My dog came out happy and comfortable after his vaccinations. Fantastic service as usual!
