Medivet Frimley Green – Kynoch Vets

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent service. As a new dog owner with lots of anxiety. The vet really put me at ease. She even said there are no stupid questions which just made me feel so much calmer. The vet explained everything in detail, gave tips of whst we needed to do. Just a fantastic service

Always fantastic service received from everyone at Kynoch Vets. We have taken all four of the cats we have owned here and they have helped us through severe illness with the first one, resulting in having to put him to sleep, and death by a car accident with the second one. We know that with our latest two Bengal kittens that they are well looked after by the staff at Kynoch.

Medivet cares for your pets and for you as a pet owner. I had to have my cat put down during COVID. I changed to Medivet during this dark period, because all other practices showed no consideration or compassion for me. Medivet helped and were there for me. So I would pick them among anyone else and can't recommend them enough.

My dog was not feeling good at all. When I phoned for an appointment, Harry did everything to help me. The vet Gaia was excellent and the receptionist very helpful.

Our cats have been looked after by Kynoch for 14 years and I have total confidence in Mr Probert and his staff..

I had to pay a visit to Kynoch vets after I tried to jump a fence that was a little beyond my physical capabilities. Chris tidied me up and gave me little injection to aid my recovery, I didn't feel a thing. The reception staff are always courteous and make a fuss of me. I'm back home now on the mend and ready to have another crack at that fence.

Everyone at the surgery are always incredibly friendly and happy to help. Gaia has been amazing with our puppy. She has always provided great care and is always willing to discuss and answer any questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this veterinary surgery.

There is a really nice sense of community here, the staff always remember our pets & treat them like their own. They're all so welcoming & knowledgeable, which is reassuring when you have a poorly pet.
They are always a phone call away with advise and when we lost one of our dogs suddenly, they sent us such a comforting condolence card. I wouldn't trust anyone but this practice with my dogs health.

I have been a customer of Kynoch Frimley Green for many years with my dogs, cats and other small animals. I moved here following bad service from another local vet. They have been superb and my dogs adore Chris and all the reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble and I have recommended them to many of my customers for their dogs.
