Shishbourne Restaurant

We held the christening meal for my daughter at Shishbourne this week, which was for 60 people. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating to ensure that the day was planned perfectly. The team made sure everything was set up before we arrived, including putting out table favours and numbers, and setting up our table plan.

Even though we were a large party, the food was excellent and perfectly cooked. Everyone was commenting on how delicious it was!

As the decor of the restaurant is already so lovely, we didn’t really need to do much else.

I’m very pleased that I chose to hold the event at Shishbourne and would definitely recommend!

First off place looks amazing decors brilliant !! Very clean , food was nice , took the wife for Valentine’s Day , service always good , big menu lots to choose from :) parking can be a pain and you only get an hour parking out the front so I would advice parking on one of the surrounding roads .
⭐⭐⭐⭐ would defo come back Great value for money aswell !!!

Came in for breakfast and was not disappointed!
The decor and atmosphere was amazing.
Staff so friendly and honesty happy to see us enjoying our meal.
Best breakfast I have ever had.
Just goes to show, you dont have to travel into London for good food or service.

Price and quality of food 10/10

Food was lovely, live music was spot on everyone up dancing in the end. Our waiter musti was great, so funny had us all laughing. Will definitely be back

Amazing and delicious food, service and atmosphere. Had a great family dinner, the scallops and octopus was just jaw dropping tasty and the cocktails were perfect too. Best dinner .

Was our first time visiting ShishBourne last night, definitely won’t be our last! The food was amazing, live singer was great and our waiter Eniz was superb! He made our night ! Very funny and such a character. Look forward to coming back soon

As you walk in, you will be overwhelmed with the beautiful decore and gold cushioned seating. Then when the food comes you will feel like you are in some fancy 7 star michelin restaurant in mayfair or somthing. The experience is just wonderful and to top it off, our server ENIS was super attentive and friendly easily leaving a very positive feeling with us. My lamb shank was melt in the mouth, kids absolutly adored their generous portions of spag bog and grilled wings. Partner got a chicken beyti garnished with freash salad which also went down a treat. I expected to pay an arm and a leg but was delighted when the bill only came to £70. They also have a glass opening where u can watch your food be cooked. We left feeling full and happy. Will defo be back again

Not only was the food delicious. The service was truly amazing! Our waiter Enis was so attentive. Made us feel very welcome. Anything we needed he was very kind.
The establishment is decorated so beautifully.

My friends surprised me and took me out to lunch at Shishbourne.
From when we entered we were welcomed.
Our server Enis was friendly, helpful and entertaining. He looked after us during service and made sure we had a wonderful time. The food (the lunch menu) was delicious and affordable.

You cannot beat this place on quality and price in this area. £9 lunch deal with 2 starters and main dish. Nice sitting area. Lamb Shish is my favourite. Conveniently located at Broxbourne high street. Food in the evening is equally good but you pay a lot more.

Great place, awesome food and friendly staff. Not busy during lunch time. Fair price and good offers for lunch and dinner.

Food, atmosphere and service were excellent. Definitely a must for anyone looking for an A* experience. Can't wait to go back. I had the steak, which was perfect and the house red was very good. What's not to like 😍

Such a lovely restaurant; the interior is stunning and the vibe is very calm and sophisticated.
Came for lunch and was treated very kindly by a lovely man Enis who waited on us, very friendly and kind, very chatty and kind and made us laugh. Ensured everything was ok throughout consistently. Even after our meal Enis was very conversational and stood with us for a chat. The food was perfect; the lunch deal was fab £11.95 for the bread, a lovely starter and a big mixed shish with a lot of salad and also half rice and bulgar! Perfect amount of food, excellent! 🙌🏼

Went again this evening in a small group and had a fantastic evening. Great singer, who took a request (that she'd never sung before!) which was great and got us up dancing.
But the service from Enis is what really made our evening. He was attentive, friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had a great evening. The food was delicious and the cocktails were perfect!
