Kingfisher Pet Boarding, Cattery and Small Animals

First time leaving our bunnies here, but we were so impressed. Firstly great paperwork very thorough to know all their traits etc, also got to see bunnies accommodation and settle them in ourselves. Also as ours had recently lost their bond (but needed to still see one another), they were so helpful throughout to dealing with this. So knowledgeable about pets. Thank you so much. Very highly recommended will definitely use again.

Tiger (my cat) stayed here twice and we are happy to have him in good hands, while we are on holiday.

It's a 1.5hr round trip from North London for us but absolutely worth the distance - this is a professional, well run cattery that we've used on a number of occasions for our cat during week long trips abroad. Knowing our cat feels content staying here makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing very clean and tidy and doesn't smell of cats pee witch tells you how clean this place is. The staff wore very helpful and kind and made sure my cat was loved and comfortable. Will be back again thank you Best wishes Jo & Emma

Our two chatty cats have stayed with Kingfisher Pet boarding a few times now and they are always well cared for. Briony and her staff are a friendly bunch of people who are very kind and accomodating. The cattery itself is very clean and pens are spacious. I would highly recommend!

All cages are clean and comfy and all the cats seemed relaxed and well taken care of. There were no bad smells or stressed yowling! We were able to walk around the cattery and set up our cat with all his equipment, toys, and blankets etc. to make sure he was settled in. Our cat James boarded for 10 nights and came home just as relaxed and happy as he was when he left. Especially great as they managed to fit us in on such short notice :)

Staff is really friendly. Put your mind at ease. Very secure facility and very clean. I was expecting a typical cat snell when walking into the establishment, but to my surprise no smell.

Our two cats have boarded with Briony and the team multiple times over the last year or so and are always so well looked after. We so appreciate knowing they are in good hands and we can relax and enjoy our time away without worrying about them. They settle in really quickly, and It’s so stress free simply to drop off knowing all their food and other needs are taken care of - no packing up supplies! It’s great they can go in together, and they always come back calm and content (though I think they miss the comfort and luxury of a heated bed when they come home!). Thank you all for your kindness and care - it’s a home away from home for them.

Our cat had her first holiday at Kingfisher Cattery and it was our first time leaving our cat to cattery. When she came back home, she was very calm and very happy. She was well cared during the time she stayed. I can't thank enough to Briony for taking so much care of our cat! Anytime I contact with Briony, I received prompt response about any question I asked. Great place for cats.

Frankie the hamster was really well looked after. Would highly recommend and will use again. Communication was great - so easy to get him booked in. Lovely place to board your pet! ☺

Brilliant cattery - extremely helpful recently when we went on a 3 week holiday and booked with them last minute. They were also v flexible when we had to extend our cat's stay due to last minute quarantine rules, so we were v grateful for that. Would use again.

Spotty definitely enjoyed his almost 4 weeks at Kingfisher Pet Boarding. He came home not stressed at all, being for first time away from us. We are very pleased with the services received. I highly recommend.
