We were delighted with Steve's repair work on our flat roof and his cleaning of moss off the rest of the roofs of our bungalow. We were very pleased with the quality of his workmanship, his attention to detail and his overall professionalism, good customer service and courtesy.

Steve and team did an amazing job on our garage and porch roof replacement. Their quote came in lower than 4 others who came out to look at the work and they did it with a smile. Extremely professional, good quality work, cleaned everything up and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I had a small but complicated roof with perimeter valley gutters a roof light up-stand, parapets and a curved corner to deal with. Steve did a excellent job for a good price.

We had a warranty repair on a roof for one of our commerical bulildings, we had problems at first getting any response from the contracotr by phone or email, in the end I made contact by a text message and was able to get a response, the company have explained the situation for the poor communication and happy that has been resolved.

We had Steve attend to look tat the roof and carried out a small repair, in the end we asked for a quote to replace the roof area as in a very poor condition.

Steve was very accomadating in fitting us in for these works, they started the works on the August bank holiday Monday and the returned 2 days after that to continue the roof works, and they finished on Saturday 2nd September.

I add the following feedback from the Service Manger of the bulding, we got in early on Thursday to carry out a clean in the kitchen which was below where the roof works was taking place, and the place was spotless inside, it was like you would not know any roof works was happening.

In the end Steve and his work has been of a high standard and very professionall, and has gone above and beyond to complete these works.

We contacted Kiers following a leak in our porch roof. Inspection and quotation were dealt with quickly and the work carried out a few days later.
We were delighted at how promptly the whole thing was dealt with and the level of communication was excellent.

Due to observations from BC the requirement for warm roofs were needed, unplanned and at short notice, whilst scaffolding was still in place. Steve and his team were able to do the work quickly for us. We had a delay due to BC not being certain on the Regs around the work but Steve helped out with these discussions. I am really pleased with the work they have done but even more impressed by the professionalism shown in doing the work which made the whole job stress free. Can't recommend Keir's enough for the work they did and how they do it.

What a pleasure to have worked with Steve. We contacted him and within a couple of days started and completed the works, he was timely, on budget and project managed himself - sending regular updates. Two of our neighbours commented on how clean he left the site on completion. I highly recomend him.

All work was completed to a very high standard and we now have a smart, waterproof and professionally finished flat roof. We also had work done to the tiled roof which was cleaned of moss, sealed and any repairs were dealt with expertly.

I cannot praise the work undertaken by G. W. Keir Roofing enough. We purchased a 1920’s house in Old Hunstanton which had Seven different flat roofs in various state of repair; from relatively new to almost nonexistent. Our surveyor commented that we needed at least one to be fully replaced and insulated and a further one to be replaced and repairs to all the others. Steve carried out a full survey and provided a quote that was consistent with several other quotes we had previously had. In the end he had to use three different roofing systems due to the complexity of the roof design and they undertook the work to a high standard and cleanliness. We were provided with photographs and updates at every stage of the process.
Once again, I would highly recommend G.W. Keir roofing.

From our first meeting with Steve I was refreshed with his can do, will do attitude which carried thru to the professional job on three roofs.
One roof needed some new wood replaced before Felt, no problem done with skill & patience also roof vents the same thing.

They replaced a roof on a log cabin. Against 3 quotes they were in the middle but proposed a different solution. Work was done quickly and to a high standard. Very professional and trustworthy. Steve is a pleasure to work with.
