Would highly recommend Heacham Manor. Although we only stayed the one night, we would certainly go back again.
The location is very peaceful and we felt very relaxed. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived until checkout. We had dinner and breakfast in The Mulberry restaurant and food was very good, service was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

view from my room was fantastic, rooms were spotless and very large, staff were very friendly including the night porter, only had the breakfast and this was very good, only a 3 star hotel? I have been in 4 & 5 star ones worse than this hotel. would love to stay here again a great hotel.

Just back from our second visit to Heacham Manor.Originally we had planned to stay in Kings Lynn but decided to stay at the manor and play a round of golf with some old friends. It would be hard to fault anything about our stay, the room was warm, well equipped, every member of staff was friendly and helpful, we had an enjoyable lunch in the pavilion bar and a good breakfast in the mulberry restaurant. The golf course was in a good playable condition considering the weather. We will be coming back for our future visits to Norfolk. The only thing I would like to raise is , it doesn't seem possible to use your blue light card when booking on line.

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff are helpful, and the food is world class. Definitely staying there again. And for the service it could have been a lot more expensive.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Hunstanton. We stayed in a cottage suite and it was really nicely fitted out with everything you need including a small kitchen. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. The location is quite set back from Hunstanton so it is very quiet and peaceful, whilst also being just a short drive to the seafront. Breakfast was excellent, with really good quality options and the first bean to cup coffee machine I have ever tried that makes a decent coffee. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming too.

We had a lovely weekend staying here and it didn't cost the earth. We will definitely return for another weekend soon!

We pre-booked afternoon tea at this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. The young man serving us was a delight and the food delicious. Superb value for money. We can only comment on the restaurant room overlooking the golf course. it was beautifully set out and airy on a very hot day.

Beautiful location and gorgeous hotel. Reception was helpful and we had a new room in the recently built club house. Room was stunning with large comfy bed, large bathroom with separate bath and shower and views across grassland and woods. Aircon, TV and refreshments in the room. Used the restaurant on site which was also a big plus and the food and waiting staff were also top notch

We had a fantastic stay with our two small children. We stayed in one of the cottage suites which had French doors looking out over the pond. Our 4yr old enjoyed the duck that came to the doors both mornings for his breakfast. The breakfast was delicious too. Thank you for a fantastic couple of days away.

We chose to stay here as it was close to Sandringham where we were attending a concert. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When our car broke down in Sandringham they ensured we got back safely to the hotel and the next morning Sid from the front desk kindly took us back so we could deal with the car (there were no taxis available). I rarely find this level of kindness and we are so grateful for their help.

Just got home from a 3 day weekend at the manor, we had The mulberry suite Fantastic. All the team are warm welcoming and friendly whilst utilising their professional skills. We had a lovely cleaner called Nat and the ops manager Alex with all his team and the great team in the restaurant would all go the extra yard to make your stay great. We Will be going back 👍👍👍

Everything about our stay was good. We loved the accommodation and all the staff were really kind and helpful including a waitress, who on seeing my stick gave advice on where to watch shore birds easily. If there were any criticisms it would be that the valence on the bed looked as though it needed a wash and a soap dish in the shower would have made life easier for a disabled person like me ( soapy hands are very slippery!) The breakfasts and the one dinner we had were delicious too.

Me and my wife had a two day golf break at Heacham Manor Hotel at the end of July, every thing was excellent for us,
Staff really friendly and helpful, every one we spoke to for the golf, meals, enquiries, booking in etc, would give them all ( 5 *****)
Evening meal and breakfast was excellent (5 ***** )
Mulberry Restaurant (5****)
We both enjoyed playing the course, considering we have not had much rain the course was excellent.
Nothing negative to say at all, we will be having regular breaks here from now on
Cannot wait.

My parents stayed here this week and unfortunately one of them fell ill and required an ambulance. The service from the hotel staff throughout the night and for the rest of the stay was amazing. The team here were calm, thoughtful and delivered more than what was necessary. Great hotel and team.

Very very friendly professional staff whom made us feel welcome and appreciated, we intend a return visit when the Spa is up and running.
We recommend this venue for its tranquility also the golf and up coming Spa
and not forgetting this is a superb base to visit outside attractions and events. Both had a great few days away.

Had previously played Golf here but this time stayed over. Pavilion rooms are exceptional and the original hotel has a special charm. Drinks on the terrace over looking the golf course on a warm sunny day couldn't be faulted.

Lovely room with views over the golf course. We could see the sea in the distance and watched kite surfers from our room this morning. We attended a function here last night and the food and service were excellent

My best friends wedding was held here this weekend and I just had to find a way of giving a member of staff some credit. Sonny was MORE than helpful, extremely attentive and he made sure the entire day ran smoothly from start to finish. Nothing was too big a job for him and I can’t thank him enough for all his help with the day.
