Incredible service. We needed a replacement TV supplying and installing quickly for a holiday cottage when the in situ one stopped working for the guests. Within two hours of calling a new TV was in, wall mounted and set up and the old one disposed of. Great price that matched the internet, very polite and professional throughout. Will be calling them first for anything appliance related in future. V happy customer.

This shop is split in 2. One side is the bike shop and the other side is the electrical shop. Run by 2 brothers. Fantastic service from both. Took bike in today to check chain. Sorted it out and pumped up tyres. No charge! Excellent. Also bought kettle next door and got advice on tumble dryers. Again, fantastic service and good price. Please support this business. Excellent service with a smile and good prices which match the internet. A great local business. We have bought a new drier and washing machine from this business and they were delivered promptly, with a phone call to ensure the delivery was still convenient. They also have a cycle shop which is next which provides cycle sales (new and second hand) plus cycle hire and repairs 🚴‍♀🚴‍♂. A great local business 😀

A great local business which gives great service, very open to questions and a font of knowledge for specifications and uses of equipment. Prices are good and match Amazon with the added convenience of being on our doorstep. We arranged for delivery of drier a washing machine and they kept in touch to ensure that we would be available - no 'sorry we missed you' cards from this company! We are very happy to recommend them 😀

My chain snapped in Heacham on the Rebellion Way. We found this bike shop on Google. John Wallis repaired the chain and replaced a frayed gear cable in double quick speed for a very reasonable price. He also gave us a couple of tips on the next part of our route. Thank goodness independent bike shops like this still exist!

Hired 3 bikes for most of a week from A E Wallis. Super place with v reasonable pricing to say least - and incredibly helpful staff. Having the choice to cycle really made our stay special and we saw many things that we would have missed by car. Excellent in all respects!

I had a problem with my bike's rear brake locking the wheel which needed fixing quickly as I was only in the area for a few days on holiday. The friendly and helpful fella who works there sorted it out for me and wouldn't take any money from me as he thought it would be just a temporary repair. This was much appreciated and so far seems to have resolved the issue permanently.

Fantastic Service! Our washing machine died on Sunday, popped down to the shop as we live in Heacham on Monday late morning, Mr Wallis greeted us at the door & gave us a phone number for Wayne the repair man, we phoned him & he arrived within the hour, told us it was a broken drum & new machine was required, didn't charge me for the call. Ordered a similar model from A E Wallis & Wayne was back to fit it on Tuesday morning & removed the old one. Service was excellent & was quicker & cheaper than the big chains! Great to be able to support our small local businesses! Thank you so much AE Wallis & Wayne, will definitely be using you again!

Friendly and knowledgeable bicycle shop with new and secondhand bikes. Great service - not at all pushy - and clearly very knowledgeable about all things bikes and cycling. It felt like a very honest and trustworthy shop where the customer comes first.

We had a holiday staying on a campsite in Sandringham. Prior to going on holiday we rang John and enquired about cycle hire. This was all organised on the phone and he informed us that he would deliver the bikes for our use and collect them at the end of the holiday. He also suggested that we may like to go and check the size of bike before he delivered them and as we arrived early we took that opportunity. Bikes promptly sized for our use, a helmet provided for our child and a bike security lock provided as well. Having the bikes really made our holiday and we had great fun on our days out (haven't ridden bikes for many years) exploring around Sandringham. The delivery and collection service enabled us to have a fun family holiday without having to worry about how to get the bikes to and from the shop. Thank you John for a great service and if we are up that way again we will certainly use you again.

Rented bikes for the week, the owner was very helpful and friendly and the bikes were good - they coped well with a bit of off roading! Would definitely recommend.
