Great hospitality, fantastic rooms, brilliant breakfast, convenient locality and very near to railway station and restaurants. Overall a great stay for a couple of nights in September 2014. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to base themselves from Windermere while visiting Lake District.

I am a friend of the owner, but my honest opinion is that Kay's is a lovely place. Good facilities, lovely breakfast and convenient location. Couldn't ask for more
