Theatre Tavern

Called in while walking past and hearing the quality of the Karaoke singers, this was at 2pm. I left 8hrs later feeling that I had found a little gem. Everybody was very welcoming, the beer was good and reasonably priced. I had a lovely time.

Great old school boozer, cheap beers and spirits and rammed full of amusing and interesting characters. The excellent juke box is constantly in demand and never stops playing great music, we heard a good mix of ska, indie, punk and lots of rock. There's a pool table with plenty of willing players and a good outside smoking area. The bar staff are spot on and quickly memorised our round of seven drinks, much better than we did in fact. If you're in Great Yarmouth for any reason you'd be a fool not to have a couple in here. We'll definitely be back next year.

Cracking proper pub! Friendly and welcoming. Even with a power cut! Lol.

Pop in for a quick drink with my wife. We're made to feel so welcome we stayed all afternoon. The drinks are not expensive. My wife loved the flavoured gins. The staff and customers we met were all amazing friendly.

Absolutely brilliant 👏 always live entertainment. The most friendly staff. Rapid service! No place is better! 💯 I would give 100 stars if I could.

Popped in for a few after beach and shopping and what a bonus to our holiday we did, great fun welcoming local crowd, great bar staff and some of the finest singers at the karaoke we've heard, came out of there much later and merrier thanks to the generosity of Alison and a few others willing to share a few shots to whet the whistle, even had a go singing ourselves, thanks to everyone for a great time and definitely be back soon for more, cheers all

Came across this place on a very hot day after a walk around Yarmouth and the market area. This place is fantastic the local people that use this place are a great gang of people, we were made welcome and the best thing about the tavern is the drinks are so cheap. If you're by the outdoor market area find the Theatre Tavern you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely great place, great people, loverly atmosphere. Will come again. Loved every minute of it.

What a great little pub, staff and regulars so friendly, went Saturday afternoon karaoke on and went back at night for ska live singer... Thumbs up.👍👍👍

Most freindyliest pub in yarmouth staff are second to none just so helpfull regulars are the best so freindly big Paul mark the singing barber pure class and got to say Billy Starr the best funniest singer karaoke in town thanks all for one of the best nights had for years see ya all next Yr 🍺🍹🍺💪💪👍

Great people all mad but still, great company & lovely bar staff. Lot of the beer/ larger is now £2.00 a pint all day everyday.
