Pizza Hut Restaurants Great Yarmouth

We really enjoyed our meal here, Pizza Huts are closing down everywhere and it's nice to find one that's doing really well and still has that great atmosphere we remember. Both my wife and I are ex employees of huts long since closed down, so it was nice to enjoy this experience together.
Only problem we have is with the order by app. We managed ok and although service was still good, it took away the personal experience to dining. Both my wife and I worked front of house as it was known then and you had to work hard to be good at it, we miss that.
Still a good meal though.

Been twice recently after days out at Yarmouth. Both times have been very last minute and no booking. They managed to seat all 10 of us very quickly. Food was great with very little wait. Will visit again when next in the area.

The staff are incredible and go above and beyond! They were accommodating to our whole family. We have allergies (dairy), a child with an eating disorder (ARFID) and a visual child who needs to physically see food items before deciding.
I also saw them probing the salad bar and entering the details into their tablet which; when working in the food industry yourself; is fantastic to see!

Our family enjoys pizza hut, infact it's my sons favourite place to eat, as he is on the spectrum he finds dining out can be overwhelming, but he really enjoys the atmosphere in pizza hut. He even made me get up and have a little dance with him. (Not something he usually does.) All the staff are kind and attentive. The food is great, the wait time is minimal (another factor we appreciate, as waiting can be a challenge for him) Overall it remains one of or most favourite restaurants.

Everything just the ordering process was a tad long winded and it was effort but understand it makes it easier so the host/server doesn't get it wrong but good service and clean and tidy restaurant

Great place was nice to go try a different pizza hut as we only ever been to the Sheffield one. Staff was lovely and food was nice and helpful.

Everything was very good never had any problems there staff are always welcoming ,polite and very helpful the restaurant is always clean staff take your finished plates proactively very good experience every time I go

Service on point and food was tasty. All made fresh however they seemed unsure about getting salad when takeaway ordered. They offer nhs / blue light discount also. Have been a few times and always been top compared to other Pizza Hut branches.

After a bad experience at the brewers fayre down the road, which resulted in us leaving before ordering. I am pleased we got offered a table here. The waitresses were lovely and manager really welcomed us into the restaurant. The first table we were offered was wobbly, when we moved to another table, we noticed the manager and a waitress dealing with the table issues straightaway by closing it off. The food was delicious and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was clean and stylish. We left with full tummy’s and a happy face. We will be back :), keep up the good work guys!

After an impromptu visit as a treat for the kids, we were greeted and served by Danielle. What great service! Nothing was too much trouble. Danielle was efficient, attentive and really helpful. We couldn't order online so Danielle did everything for us, making ordering so quick and easy. I sincerely hope her managers see this review and pass on these comments.

A lovely restaurant to eat in.
Everywhere was clean, including the toilets.
The salad bar was well stocked and all the food seemed fresh.
The waitress serving us was lovely and couldn't do enough - even asked if we wanted a remake because the cheese on one of our pizzas was "a little dark". It didn't need it, but was lovely to have that offered.

I would live in here if I could, they do the best pizza. I nearly always go for the buffet option, so tasty. The staff are lovely, can't do enough for you. The booths are great place to sit if you don't like to be too surrounded by people. Service is fast, and I have never had a bad experience. Yummmy

Couldn't recommend them enough. We went on a quite busy but cold day and they were seating inside only.
We asked if we could sit outside as we had our dogs with us and they explained we could but the service might be a bit slower.
The service was absolutely excellent and the staff kept braving the cold to come out and make sure we were looked after. Great service all round and tasty pizza too

Was a treat for us and we enjoyed it plenty of choice. We had the 15.99 have anything you want buffet.

The staff worked very hard to keep the place running as we visited on a very busy lunch time sitting they definitely are a credit to the store.

Unfortunately a few different tables were so greedy and disrespectful to the restaurant taking more food than they were going to eat and kids running about making so much mess at the ice cream station I felt sorry for the hard working staff.

You(the company) should charge wastage on those that abuse the all you can eat buffet its not fair on the staff and we all end up paying more in the end to cover the costs of such irresponsibility. Most people pay by the app or a card so it should not be hard to implement and might stop the greed.

Would have like to have been acknowledged a bit sooner, but other than that, all good buffet was well stocked. Really disappointed at the fact you're still a cashless nearly 2.5 years after covid
