Would like to say how very impressed with the young staff working at Northwich Branch today in the cafe particularly Rea who gave great customer service. Went out of her way to accommodate my mother and myself. She will go far

...a very good shopping experience with quality and variety if goods, and a much better one for abscence of shelf-stacker trolleys. The stacking has improved as well... well done to Waitrose management.

Waitrose offers a high quality products,good options for everyone,various price ranges depending on quality.I love their organic vegetables like celery which are not to be found in other supermarkets.Also they offer pure english honey with royal jelly which is extremely delicious and worldwide foods,like Belgian waffles,Pistachio ice cream etc.Many lovely items you wouldn’t find anywhere else.

Good quality fish on fish Friday - 20% off. The salmon en croute are amazing!
Great choice of top quality food. Fruit and vegetables are very fresh and great quality.

Nice wide aisles. Staff extremely helpful. Checkout staff again very professional and friendly. All round lovely shop. A pleasure to spend time shopping.

Love this store. Has everything all the others don't. Once known for being overpriced, i can ensure it is no longer accurate. If you love to cook, this is the store for you 😋

We really like this Waitrose as it has plenty of parking which is right next to the narrow boat marina if you fancy a look after shopping.
We went there today to buy a couple of ready meals which are good quality, also some yummy bread from the small bakery department. The store is well laid out and spacious. Bonus my wife's wine had 25% off so had to buy a case, as extra 5% if you buy 6.

Always good parking and handy for town. Good quality items.

Pleasant and easy to navigate store

Friendly staff who make me smile and food that is delicious. The fruit and veg last a lot longer than other stores I buy at. It’s handy to collect John Lewis deliveries at as well. Thank you all for the smiles shared during COVID as well. The trolleys were cleaned thoroughly and customer safety and service was put first. The managers are always about if there are any issues. They have even suggested new foods for me to try. I enjoy coming here and feel it’s more a pleasure than a chore.

I enjoyed a lovely pot of tea and a warm fruit scone here, it breaks up the shopping trip.

Called in Waitrose Northwich for a few items, & visited the cafe for beverages whilst there, & was looked after by an extremely friendly member of staff, whom my husband complimented her on her excellent service on the way out. Will certainly be going back again.

Always a lovely experience visiting my local Waitrose in Northwich and if there's ever an issue it is quickly resolved. A particular staff member who stands out is Jack - a very professional, efficient and friendly person who I cannot fault. Sorted an error on my receipt, no fuss. Thanks

Really nice staff especially at the little coffee shop

I have made use of the 8am shopping slot each Weds since the lockdown began at Waitrose Northwich .I would like to thank ALL the staff . I have found them helpful , cheerful and very patient on each of my visits .They all observe the highest standard of cleanliness. I would particularly like to mention Katherine though all your staff give of their best . Thank you from a retired nurse with over 40yrs service but who now has arthritis which can make shopping difficult. Margaret NEWTON.

Lovely and pleasant shopping here beautifully and straightforward and well presented ' great staff lovely cafe (when open " think its just take away at the moment but not sure ) I was there today picking up my click and collect ' plenty of covid protection' massive outside carpark ' no undercover " and its on a one way road right next to the river weaver and the marina ' its full of narrow boat's and barges

Being at the "At Rise" section of the community, this morning I went to our Waitrose store in Northwich , very very well organised staff helpful, every body was doing as they were told re keeping their distance, managed to get everything I wanted , they were keeping number down to 24 in the shop at anyone time 10/10 from me Thank you Waitrose .

Meat counter, fish counter, cheese counter and cake section.
Clean, spacious, well lit, with lots of parking, this is a lovely store.
Also got a good wine selection and cafe with toilets
