We visited so that my husband could buy a new phone. The assistant, Andy, is a Google Expert but he was very knowledgeable about each of the phones we looked at. Although he had other customers, he took time to explain the differences between similar specifications and we felt that we were given good advice. Thank you.

Exceedingly helpful staff. Did a click and collect here a week ago. Two staff greeted me as i entered and pointed me to the click and collect desk. After about a minute of waiting being another customer being served, another staff member noticed and crossed the store to serve me. I also noticed how a staff member helped the customer infront to her car with the item. I was then served quickly an politely.

Great to see staff working so hard, and will definitley be back.

This is clearly a very busy store but having purchased a few items recently can state that I have always been pleased with the service. The products speak for themselves so it’s the service that needs to be right and it is, happy, pleasant and accommodating.

Went for a new microwave, found one loved & had a price match promise we won't be beat on. I found £90 cheaper on Amazon. They matched the price, which was perfect 😊

After searching for an integrated dishwasher all day for my daughter I ended up locating one in stock at Warrington branch, I was last minute travelling from Bolton.
Mark was very professional no hard sales tactics and didn’t rush me, even though the store was due to close.
Mark even brought the dishwasher out to my van and helped me to load it!
Next time I need something from Currys, I will be travelling to Warrington to see Mark.

Excellent customer service. Bought a replacement electric built-in oven for my girlfriend, very easy transaction. I was greated with a very friendly and smiling assistant who was very happy to help with my purchase. I did originally pay for the item online prior to arrive to hopefully make it an even easier transaction. However they didn't action the order in store so received an email stating order cancelled no monies taken. Very easily solved in store item was paid for an two sales assistants came out and lifted the oven into my car. The oven was very easily fitted and wired up. Just like wiring up a plug. All working as it should and looks fabulous. 👍👍

Big shop with lots of choice for electricals. Didn't buy anything. I was there to try to fix a problem with a gift card that was used on a previous visit.

We received outstanding service from Matty P (118 guy) in the Warrington store after an online order disaster, just days before Christmas.

We ordered a PS5 just 10 days before Christmas. Received an email on the 10 December saying your tech is nearly ready, and should be available for click and collect from the 12 December. Currys also took the money.

By the 15 December we still hadn't received an email to say the PS5 was ready to collect. We decided to pop in to the Warrington store to check. Only to find that our order didn't exist. They advised to call the online call center. The response from them was disgraceful. "Its a ghost order...we can't help right now... it's a back office problem... we can't put you through to anyone right now... bla,bla,bla"

We then spoke to Matt who went above and beyond. He took ownership of the problem and did everything in his power to ensure we received a PS5 before Christmas. Keeping us in the loop with phone calls every step of the way.

It is very hard these days to receive this level of customer service that we got from Matty. It really is nice to have a shop to go to and speak to someone face to face.

A massive thank you to Matty from John and Mikki. I'm sure we will have a happy son on Christmas day after the stressful week, thinking we wouldn't get it in time for Christmas.

I had an online chat before travelling to the store to make sure they had stock but the service I received from the lad in store was excellent. It was easy to get assistance from in store staff, he answered all my questions and even found a tape measure for me to borrow to check the measurements. Once I decided my choice was right he went to the stock room to collect my item and brought it to the tills where my payment was take without issue. He then wheeled it to my car and assisted me in loading it into my car. The service I received was excellent. Sorry I did not take the salesman name otherwise I would mention him here to give him the credit he deserved.

Brilliant store, you can find everything you need in there. Some prices are competitive, some are not but this is compensated by a very knowledgeable staff.

Came into the store as I was having trouble with my phone from the St Helens store and Matty with the tattoos helped me so much! He was so funny and was genuinely wanting to help me sort the problem out. He told me to go back to him if it doesn’t get sorted out with EE. 10/10 customer service!
