B&Q Warrington

Leanne on the paint department was amazing. She was extremely patient and really helpful. I was having an absolute nightmare trying to find the exact paint I wanted (that I thought at this point only existed in my head!!) I was there for about 45minutes trying to decide. She tried a ra he of different options with me until we found the one!! Amazing customer service and a lovely lady!

Would like to say a big thankyou to Nikki & Debi on helping me with my gift voucher yesterday. I didn't get dealt with the best at the till by a lady who had no time for me or as to why my gift card wouldn't work she just made me feel very un welcome, Rushed & anxious, I felt a nervous wreck & was truly upset with the till lady, So I asked if I could speak to someone else as I spent an hour in store picking my paint & gloss and i didn't want to waste more time. The lovely two lady's who helped me couldn't have done more, They straight away took the query from me & my gift card and then sorted it within minutes, they checked the card & recipe over and refreshed it all & then I was on my way and a very happy girl the fact that someone was so kind and just understood and sorted it. Thankyouuuu I hope everything good happens for you x

Yo can find almost anything in there. Might be a bit confusing at first, but if not sure where to go, like me just ask a member of staff and they are more then happy to help. Small Coffee place on site is nice to see and self checkout terminals are also available 👍

A Massive Warehouse with an equally Large Car Parking area on the outskirts of Warrington. Well situated just off the Motorway. Great selection of all things DIY .

Helpful, informative and friendly staff/customer service.
More of the old, thin style r7s bulbs needed though.

Purchased a Keter 6x4 double door shed on Wednesday 28th June. Guy in garden section very helpful on assisting me to get large pack into my car. It said on the pack construction would take 2 people about 2 hours. I know my capabilities and expected it would take a bit longer!!!. Completed in 3 working days. This was nit helped by 2 fundamental parts missing from the pack. I contacted Keter as advised in the construction instructions and eventually sent me an email saying that the parts were put of stock and suggested I take the whole pack back to B and Q and get another. Not a very practical option as 40% built. However I had contacted B and Q and they were white knights and provided me with replacement parts twice from a pack that had been opened due to other Keter customers having had missing parts. Well done B and Q. Very pleased with final build and outcome

Great place for DIY or trade shopping, broad selection of tools and materials. This branch has cutting services if you are not able to take full length into the car or if you want to get custom measurement pieces cut to size. Very handy, friendly staff

Signed up to b and q membership got a £5 off for joining as well as standard 10% discount. It was free to join too without any requirements other than a email address. Big store suitable for anything renovation wise

Same quality. You can find everthing. if you compare on amazon its almost same even better amazon prices.

A huge well stocked store. The size means it can an take a while to navigate and track down what you're looking for, but the friendly, helpful staff had good stock knowledge and were able to direct me to where I needed to go.

Some good deals on at the moment.ent. everything was clean and tidy and well marked.
Had a 5lts can of paint mixed for us. Brilliant quality of paint. Very knowledgeable lady who advised which paint to get. Very pleased

Have a great selection of building items. Tounhe n groovey purchased, paving tiles at reasonable price. They cut untreated timber for you if you wish. Loads of parking and easy to get to just off m62.

Good store - plant and garden range was good. Good stock of bits for the house. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Till staff were good.
