It's not often I get excited about visiting a new store but this is one that has definitely peaked my interest. First of all, it's bright and spacious and it has something most stores have consigned to the vaults .... STAFF!! Yes folk's, actual people. Not only that but helpful smiling people!! The range of products is equally impressive, from bedding to electrical, furniture to kitchenware, soft furnishings to food, and by food I mean a brilliant little cafe overlooking the retail park. The coffee is excellent as are the snacks and the price is ... realistic I think is the word. I can't comment on the chain in general but this particular store which I believe is relatively new as the Junction 9 retail park where it is located is still being developed will certainly be a regular visit for anything for our home.

Finally a shop where I can buy a table lamp in the shape of a dog plàyfully holding the lamp pole cast in cheap resin. Since buying it word quickly spread around the neighborhood, people I have only ever nodded at in passing now turn up on my doorstep with a random excuse like "your blocking my drive" or "someone has been stealing my tulips just like the ones in your front garden" but whatever excuse they make they quickly spot the lamp on the hall table and say things like " wow did you buy that" or "I hope you kept your receipt" but I won't tell them where I got it, thank you Dunelm and especially your buyer that chooses your lamps, you have great taste, I can't wait to go back and see if you sell those miniature chandeliers made from acrylic.

A lot tend to stay away from thos store proclaiming it to be 'expensive ' - it's really not. Good quality. Great staff too

Great had what I wanted ordered it and was with me within a week,no fuss and no messing brilliant service.

Visited the store today looking at bar stools. Darren the store assistant on this section was extremely helpful, inviting us to try out several different models. We decided on one particular style but was unsure of the colour on the web site he was showing us. He offered to open a box so we could see the colour was exactly what we wanted. We came home to check measurements and proceeded to order 2 stools on line. Without Darren ‘s help we would have walked away without purchasing . Please pass on our thanks to Darren.

No problems here,, reliable quality products at sensible prices, wouldn't go anywhere else.

This store has everything you need to furnish your home from curtains, rugs, furniture and much more. It is good for finding the right curtain rail or pole depending on your needs, including runners for curtain track. Much cheaper than DIY store.

Friendly staff, nice range of products for any taste in style.

Great place to visit for household items. Ample parking. Reasonable prices too. Photo's are items on the store.

Staff member on meet and greet at front of the store 3/7/23 around 9.30am…. went out of her way to go back and forth to the warehouse three times to get me the suitcases I wanted. Great service, much appreciated … wish I got her name but if she reads this, she will know. Super helpful and excellent customer service. Thanks again

Well laid out a large choices of curtains roller blinds.

Went in to pick up a couple of things.had a good walk around the store plenty of items from bedding to carpets. curtains and kitchen utensils. Other items as well. But while hear had a snack in the Caffè had a bacon barm cake each and potato weges and a coffee and cup of tea. ALL FOR £10 ISH. clean and tidy staff we welcomeing and freindly.

Fantastic place to shop. Big variety of items and friendly staff. Some prices are high but sales and clearances compensate this minus. Definitely worth popping in

Good shop with a lot of variety. I tried the cafe out for a hotcross bun, and it was nice.
