No 10 Dulas

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at the venue. The cottage was extremely well appointed and very comfortable. Lovely quiet location, yet only a 5 minute walk into Hay-on-Wye. Lynda provided delicious snacks and was easily contactable if needed. Highly recommended.

Fab little place with a stream at the end of the garden. Perfect location for exploring Hay-on-Wye, it's cosy and clean and we had a lovely weekend.

What can I add to what has gone before? This is our third visit and Lynda recognises me when I ring to book!

I had a short stay at this pretty cottage. Renovated to a high standard, clean and superbly equipped, I found nothing lacking. The only thing to watch out for is the dark environs at the front of the cottage at night time. This, coupled with slightly uneven ground as you enter the terrace, makes it very worthwhile to take a bright torch if you go out. Everything was straightforward to use, though I didn't need the gas fire, the cooker, or hob this time. Personal preference would be for a lighter-weight duvet and less plump pillows, but better this than mean skinny ones. As a base to go up and down into Hay, you couldn't really pick a better location. Highly recommended.

Our 4th stay, need we say more, warm, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and I get to fish the Wye as well. A little piece of heaven 😎😎

Relaxing and picturesque stay in Hay on wye.
The cottage in arrival was immaculate and felt like home straight away. The facilities and little extras provided, even flowers were very welcoming. The beds are comfortable and we had everything to hand. Very well thought out cottage. The garden was peaceful and little haven. The cottage was in such a good spot near to the local co op and 10mins to town. Its the first time I've relaxed in a cottage in ages. We'll done Lynda and Chris. Xx

Just had a lovely relaxing stay at No 10. Lynda was a fantastic host and we felt really looked after during our stay. Beautiful peaceful surroundings and a really short walk into town which was perfect for carrying hoards of books home! Will definitely be back to make this an annual visit!

No 10 is a brilliant place to stay for a visit to Hay. It is a pretty cottage with parking, very well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. You can walk into town within 5 minutes and you are close to the local supermarket as well. Hosts Lynda and Chris are super helpful and welcoming. You can't take your dog, but apart from that I really can't fault it!

This was our third visit to No10 Dulas and we refuse to stay anywhere else in Hay. Lynda is a wonderful host and the place is soooo clean! The location is amazing. And you can fall asleep to the sound of a babbling brook. In fact, the whole place is comfortable and relaxing. There are also a ton of thoughtful touches and every amenity one could need. We’d highly highly recommend staying here. We love No10 Dulas and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely beautiful cottage. Very pleasant dealings with the owners.
We dropped on with the weather, so breakfast and dinner in the garden was a must.

We had a lovely few days staying in Lynda's place which was exceptionally clean with everything you could need and within walking distance of Hay on Wye with very nice places to eat.

Gorgeous cottage in a quiet, central location. Welcoming message from owners. Would thoroughly recommend for parties up to 3. Pretty garden area with streamside setting. A bonus being adjacent parking. Fab.
