KFC Norwich - Chapelfield

Absolutely love KFC! My favourite order is the Zinger stacker meal. Amazing burger, so delicious. Kfc chips/ fries are so awful so I buy some tenders instead most of the time. The two layers of chicken work so well. The crispy and soft chicken is prefect! I love the supercharger sauce as well, the best spicy mayo. The gravy isn’t the best but it’s nice to dunk the burger/ tenders in. Definitely would recommend!

Decent KFC. Fast to delivery food and always pretty good. Occasionally machines play up so just take a picture of your order number Incase a receipt doesn't print. Low calorie options available that are actually filling. Recommend the rice box with an extra chicken fillet

When you end up in Norwich with a bunch of Uni friends and you realize that there’s KFC, you have to go. I grew up going to the original KFC in Utah, and seeing this while I was away from home studying made it feel like I had the best of all the worlds! Great food worldwide apparently, and of course all the fun was had!

And the taybles and chiars and floor are clean.
And The service to hand out our food was fast. And the customer service was excelent. Will come agine.

Excellent, having not had KFC for a long time, it was delicious.
My only comment would be, the waiting time, the public guests are having to wait behind the delivery food guys, be better if they had their own server, so the public guests could be served.

Food was quick to be served and order was correct. Chicken well cooked and chips were nice and crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Ice cold drink too. Service was great.

We use these food halls alot and always enjoy the experience.

Don't actually understand what people don't like. Quick and easy for lunch.

Believe it or not, you're going to end up queuing for your food people.

So fortunate, our order came from a tray of chicken that had just been cooked, hot and delicious, best I have had in ages, couldn't possibly not award 5 stars.

Even that the place was packed and more people wete arriving constantly, the service was really fast. I stayed for 45 minutes and the garbage had been empty 3 times.

Nice small establishment. Very quick service. Also staff appeared happy which made experience a lot nicer

Just a go to place either for individual or group meals. Nothing beats real chicken coupled with various sides to choose from bake beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw gravy and many...

Had a great meal here, staff looked really overwhelmed, but held themselves together really well, Ismail gave me a really good experience here while ordering food, thanks guys!

Quick service and the food was great, can't ask for more than that!

Usual KFC quality. No complaints there. Excellent service as always. Usually fresh.

Went in for 2 snack wraps and a snack box, got the food very quick and was hot and yum

Just be careful as the tables can soon fill up while you wait for your order
