We were served by a lady called Jessalyn, she was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond for us and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed!

Always busy, but a really nice place that has a wonderful outdoor aesthetic. The food is as you would expect, but the decorations inside are really nice

Visted here while on a day out in Norwich. McDonald's is taking part in the eat out to help out scheme so could not say not when i saw. The Social distancing done really well in the mds. Letting in a set amount of customers. Staff very friendly. Food was great. Could not fault it one bit

It's an amazing place,with good customer service..Nice place.

Once you discover the fact that the customise button allows you to make a triple-sausage, egg and bacon McMuffin there's no going back. A warning though, four hours later I'm still sweating grease out of my eyes.

Sheryl from haymarket mcdonalds in norwich Customer service was second to none every issue that we had which was the carbonate on the coca cola had gone out so instead of passing it off to someone else she asked I'd there was a replacement we could have and went straight and got the replacement

Ordered 23 garlic mayo’s as a test to this restaurant and they did infact deliver all 23 along with our meals lovely job and now I have enough mayonnaise to bathe In.

Lovely place just a bit of waiting time if you have ordered your food to be delivered. Couldn't fault them as it could get so busy at times. Bless the staff they are always on it. Well done guys

I would like to compliment Kadi on the brilliant service we received last night when visiting the Haymarket branch in Norwich. The branch was extremely busy but after ordering we managed to get a table, just after sitting down Kadi offered to wipe it down as a few crumbs remained from previous customers, she also swept under the table, our order was delayed and she offered to find out what was going on before we had a chance to ask and on finishing our meal she we got up to take our rubbish and tray to dispose of and she offered to take it from us. She is a real asset to your team. Thank you Kadi.

You know what to expect in a McDonald's. No surprise in the food which was all exactly as expected. Hot, punctual and reasonable value.
This is a busy restaurant and drive through. What surprises most is how dilligent the team are. Especially the front of house cleaning which was being conducted while we were there (by the same guy I as seen so it many times before). Fair to say he was meticulous and courteous. Even offering to clear my tray when I had already committed to taking it to the bin. I'm not always a fan of machine ordering but these work fine here and the service was prompt from order to eating. A small and busy car park completed a well situated and we'll maintained McDonald's.

This is in the centre of Norwich and very convenient to the shops. Always very busy but swift service. No table service here as a lot of the seating is up stairs. The toilets are always clean. The disabled toilet downstairs is only accessible by getting a staff member to unlock. We have used this McDonald's many times and it figures in our top ten of the best 😁

Ok busy city centre customers kicking off at staff food took a while so fries were cold

It needs more healthier food options & choices-milk, eggs, fish/shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts/ wheat, soybean/Cow’s Milk, Milk powder/Cheese, Butter/Margarine,Yogurt/CreamIce cream,Brazil nuts/Almonds, Cashews/Macadamia nuts,Pistachios/Pine nuts, Walnuts/Shrimp, Prawns
/Crayfish, Lobster/Squid, Scallops/wheat, soy/other foods, Linseed/Sesame seed,each/Banana, Avocado/Kiwi fruit, Passion fruit/Celery, Mustard seeds/Aniseed, Chamomile/chocolate- vegans, plant-based/ pescetarians, meat eaters/ pollotarians, omnivores.

Great customer service.

I've never had any issues when I've visited. Full menu has always been available and not more than a few minutes wait even at busy times. It's a McDonald's after all but they do it particularly well here
