very nice and friendly place, 2 hours is not enough to enjoy all the attractions, I recommend it, I will definitely come back

We had my daughter's birthday party here and everyone loved it. We were very well looked after by Paddy who was on hand to ensure everything went smoothly. The whole experience from booking was excellent.

Kids (7&2) absolutely loved it. We spent 2 hours here but could have done 4. Clean, great equipment, good staff, good food

Absolutely amazing value for money. So much has changed since my last visit in July. So much for the children to do next time will definitely be staying for 2 hours instead of 1. Staff very friendly especially the lad who was on the go-carts this morning at 10am very clear instructions for the children to follow. Cannot wait to return again.

After school club perfect time to go alot quieter.. we attended for my daughter birthday. Very clean, excellent customer service and great food choices

Accommodated 92 of us for an end of term Scouting get together without a problem! Nice mix of trampolines and areas to explore for all ages and abilities, Staff made sure the kids had a great time with interactive games as well.

Had my son’s 6th birthday party here on Sunday, Jake was our party host who was brilliant, very helpful and great with the children. My son and his friends had a great time.

What a fab night our Guide unit had last night at Flipout Chester. Excellent value for money activities and food. Staff are amazingly frugal and helpful. Would really recommend and certainly booking this again.

The kids absolutely love it here and not just the kids! This is great if you want to join in the fun with them or let them enjoy an hour or two bouncing whilst you enjoy a coffee/tea and watch them burn off their energy. There is a great cafe for food and drinks, although the food is very ' fast food', pizza burgers, chips etc, there isn't a healthy option on the menu which is a shame as when Flip out first opened the cafe was amazing providing balanced health and on the go food. However, overall the place is ace, does what is says on the tin and there's plenty of trampolines to keep all ages and abilities entertained. There is also a small slide section - of you dare to go big from the top. A ninja warrior area where you can try your skills at beating the course and a small toddler/younger children soft play climbing frame. We have a monthly membership and for £10 it's a no brainer. You only have to visit once a month and you have more than made your money up so with unlimited visits this is a bargain!

It was the best experience of my life the go karts are super fun and the laser quest is next level not to talk about the trampolines they are fabulous the rollerskating rink is the best thing I have ever done the staff are so helpful I could not have asked for a better family day out would recommend for any big families.

We booked an Awesome Party at Flip Out for our daughters Birthday today. The team were friendly, helpful and very professional. We literally booked our group in at reception for the party, and our fab party host Vaughan did all the rest. It was stress free for us, and Vaughan was great with the children. Thank you guys! Highly recommended as our party group had a fab day and everything went smoothly.

Took my grandson today first time on the roller rink have to say the staff were fantastic with the kids checking they had been before if not helping them and giving them confidence. A credit to the company

I have found this place very amuzing from the ages 5. This is a huge hangar converted to a trampoline park with great walll art and nice tunes to playing all the time with high power speakers, nice with family to chill out while children playing with many different area.
There is also a arcade section for over 30s to love in arcade again. Games as mix from 40 years beck to recent and new.

Brilliant set up. Kids had an absolute blast. Staff all very attentive. Ample parking. Lockers for your things so you can go have fun with the little ones

Kitchen was very accommodating to my allergies with their limited menu they did their best

Great for kids and adult kids! Cracking deal at £9.50 a month subscription. Lots of space to sit and watch, plenty to do in the unit and food/drinks readily available.

Decent place with plenty of parking

Great experience. The only thing was that we queued to get on the go carts for 10mins when the guy running them told us it's the last go. I explained we have waited 10 mins but he wasn't bothered. Said it shuts 15 mins before they close. No signs. Children upset

Absolutely brilliant and so much fun for kid's and big kid's 😀 staff we're welcoming and friendly, very covid safe as you have your temperature taken before entering and have to scan QR code on the NHS app plus staff are cleaning constantly. So much for everyone to do can't wait to go back.

My daughter had a fantastic party at Flip out. Vaughan was a great party host, really looked after us well. The food was just right, the kids ate everything! Would love to do it again, maybe in a few years though!
