Sainsbury's

Thank you Sarah , Ellesmere Port staff member on duty at smart shop today. We wanted to use the mobile phone app for the first time. We have used smart shop with a hand set for some months but decided to use the app(a promise of extra points). However the WiFi signal was poor and we couldn’t log in. Sarah patiently explained to us how to access the site and we successfully completed our shop. Excellent customer service Sarah.

Great supermarket and petrol station on the edge of Ellesmere Port, beside Cheshire Oaks and junction 10 of the M53. The shop has a cash machine, sushi counter, Specsavers, chemist and Timpsons on site. It's got a large carpark where you can park for up to 3 hours, so it's ideal if you want to visit Cheshire Oaks too.

Fantastic staff and best of all the store manager was an absolute delight to deal with ..nearly closing time and he re opened the tobacco counter for me ..very kind of him and his staff to be so understanding about customer satisfaction...well done to the team at sainsburys ..that's just how things should be done....

This place takes my money each week but in return it gives me value for my money. Good selection of men's clothes. Small to big man size.. 😁👍

Had a pleasant experience shopping here today. Clean and well stocked store, pleasant staff,no delays.

Yesterday I was very impressed with the security officers who did there job excellently, as opposed to others who don't seem to care.

Shout out to the self service staff member who helped me when my nectar card wouldn’t scan on my mobile phone screen, sorry I didn’t catch your name.

It is a pretty nice Sainsburys, with a clothing section, some home goods, cobbler, and connected Starbucks. Decent parking and nice selection of goods.
The checkout area is somewhat cramped and crowded.

Only stopped to use the free air compressor to pump up my car tyres.

A reasonably sized store with a substantial non-food section & plenty of options for many types of groceries, including gluten & lactose-free products. You can use the scan-as-you-go hand scanners if you have a Nectar card to keep track of what you spend. After 8:30-9pm, you may find some grwat yellow sticker bargains!
The adjacent petrol station is competitively priced.
Beware of high-traffic times of day at Cheshire Oaks, which can make for slow access to & from the car park.

Decent sized store. Plenty of products to choose from. Seemed to be clean and tidy. Plenty of parking.

Very pleasant shopping experience as far as supermarkets go.

Sainsburys in Flint is my favourite of all the sainsburys I've visited around the UK.

Has direct connection to Cheshire oaks designer outlet. Most things not available in other Sainsbury’s are available here.

Easy parking but can get busy as it's right next door to Cheshire Oaks.
Good choice of products. Cheaper if you use nectar prices on the app.
Friendly staff, clean & tidy.
It also has an Argos which is a bonus 9am - 8pm I think 🤔
