Bought a used car from Dale Higham and the service was second to none! He bent over backwards along with the rest of the Hyundai team (nicky on reception explained the service pack to us) really made up, its been too long since we have had service like this! Highly recommended!!!

Took my Tucson N Line Car for its service and MOT today and again eveything was excellent, staff very polite and mechanic's who know what they are doing. I can highly Recommend Cheshire Oaks Hyundai Dealership as all the staff I have dealt with over past 4 years are friendly and seem to go the extra mile to help you without trying to push you into anything . 😀

Highly recommend, we’ve bought 3 cars from the Hyundai Cheshire Oaks dealership over the years and on this occasion Gordon was really easy to deal with, not pushy and totally understood what I wanted to purchase. The aftercare from previous experience has also been brilliant, Dave has always looked after us as previous customers.

My Usual Hyundai Dealership is Liverpool. Needed an Exhaust Filter Regen done and they couldn't fit me in . Contacted Cheshire Oaks Monday and spoke to Andrew. Such a helpful and polite man. They fitted me in today ( 6th) . Car was dropped off at 8am and ready by 10am. Really pleased with the service provided. Highly recommend this dealership

I went to replace a broken tail light on my car. Service was quick, I phoned on Monday and I was booked in on Wednesday morning. A quote for cost was provided by phone. He checked carefully which part was damaged to make sure that it was available. Andrew was helpful, friendly and professional. He phoned me at lunchtime to tell me the car was ready. I have to be honest and say that although the labour cost was reasonable, the price of the part was higher than expected. Service overall was great.

Had my Ioniq 5 serviced here at 40,000 miles. Really good care. Service was performed by Andrew and I received a cute little video of the car. Megan on service desk and Nathan at parts were also great.

Dale Higham has managed our purchase over the last week, he is such a professional operator and he has made the purchase a really enjoyable experience which I can only thank him for. I would suggest to anyone who was looking at a SUV to include the Hyundai range, you will not be disappointed at all, we have been sold a great car and a quality service. Thanks Dale.

Simon was my sales representative. He was fantastic from start to finish. Really helpful, knowledgeable and has helped me get a car that I'm extremely happy with.

Everything on service day went as planned by a very competent Joanne last November. My car was collected and returned by Meghan even though the collection service had been discontinued. Cheshire Oaks Hyundai went out of their way to provide continuity in this respect. In all fairness I always receive excellent service from the whole team.

We had our car serviced earlier this week at Cheshire Oaks Hyundai and were very impressed with the service we received. It was easy to check in etc and the waiting area was very pleasant. Ross made our recent purchase of a new car a fun experience, yet is also very informative. He explains all requirements in a manner that he ensures you understand. There is definitely no heavy sales speak or pressure. He’s very knowledgeable about the cars too. Also, be ready to laugh as he has a wicked sense of humour.
