Came for a petrol which was a little dear but for a stop off on the way to Wales etc it has great choice

Stopped on the way from Llandudno, my 7 month screaming for a nappy change. Guess what no baby changing facilities! Had to change her in my car. The coffee machine wasn’t working. Starbucks next door is shut at 7 on a Saturday?? It’s a services why is it shut so early? Didn’t fuel up so no comment on that. Toilets need a refurb absolutely stink and disgusting

This lot use Parking Eye who would appear to be a legalised rip off company
Should you dare use their shops ( on the day we got ticket I actually used the Starbucks and the Spar ) and due to a medical episode accidentally stayed over the 2 hours allocated time limit you will be hit with a £100 charge
I will NEVER use any company owned by Euro Garages again

Toilets are horrible, dirty, disgusting and unclean. Best thing about it is Greggs

A lot of the stock is out of date. Be careful what you pick up. Would advise not using it for anything other than fuel and even then the price ain’t great.

Customer service is shocking. They are incapable of saying please or cracking a smile and are even aggressive and argumentative.
We are local and will not shop there for groceries or fuel

Use a different petrol station if you can
