Argos Hucknall

Staff very helpful. Purchased a new TV, kettle and toaster and the lady carried them out to the car for us ( I’m on crutches). It’s easy shopping with computers stress free. Definitely recommend .
Back again today Match 4 2024 for some kitchen scales looked after by a lovely friendly and helpful man, such a pleasure to visit when the staff are so pleasant

Today, I visited this argos to pick up a last-minute birthday present for my wife.
The whole shopping experience was very quick and easy. I browsed the catalogue on the computers found in store, ordered and paid for them there, and then waited roughly 5 minutes for my item to be called out.
This argos is situated inside a small retail park close to the centre of Hucknall. There was plenty of parking available when I visited.
This was not the first time i had been to this store, and I would happily visit this argos again in the future.

Customer service for Argos is non existent! Constantly going in a loop on line £6.00 a min on the phone. Thank goodness for Lindsay and the team at Hucknall took all of 5 minutes to have my problem resolved item replaced all with a smile and nothing to much trouble. Thank you :-)

Argos is ok but no WiFi and bad data if you need to download anything

I returned a phone that I had purchased 7 months before, and was not working properly. These days, this is a customers worse nightmare, because in most shops when returning goods, you are met with attitude and long faces. Thank you to the staff at the Hucknall store, for making my return a lovely experience. The assistant was so kind to me, and helpful in me choosing another phone, I nearly needed smelling salts. Instead of being the dreadful experience customers get used to these days, I was met with a smile, kindness, helpfulness, and a feeling that nothing would have been any trouble at all. I left the store elated and with a new phone. I would like to say Thank you, and to let you know that Argos will now be my priority when purchasing anything. Good and polite staff

I ordered a sound bar on click and collect. Argos is 5 mins from my house. Gave my order number as I hadn't paid yet. 2 mins waiting. Paid for it. Back home and had it up and running 5 mins later... Excellent service also gave good advice at the till about cables HDMI leads etc... Hucknall store.....J

Click and collect only at present, queued outside for a short period to be served then just had to wait a couple of no it as for my item. Polite and helpful staff.
