This park is well looked after. Obviously more money in Nuthall to keep it this nice!
Plenty of parking and benches to sit down on. Nice perimeter walking path if you fancy a stroll round. At far end kids play area. For adults there are tennis courts and Crown Green bowling which are fenced off so need to pre book or check when open. Plenty of grass to take a picnic or sit and enjoy the view.

Best Park in the area. Its a social place with lots of dog walkers. (Only on a lead) there's a lovely park for youngsters and a basketball area. There's football, cricket and a bowling green with pavilions. There's a outdoor gym, a cafe and toilets. Lots of joggers go - 10 times round the circuit is 5k. I love it.

A beautiful, well-maintained park. Enjoy a picnic, watch, or play, cricket, football, bowls, tennis. Have a work- out on the equipment. Fabulous, safe play areas. Also a cafe (Long Cloud Cafe) in the pavilion, which is open 10-2pm Tuesday and Thursday, serving tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cake and biscuits. Very popular with dog walkers.

One of the best parks in the area. A great Childrens play space with swings and slides etc. Has occasional tea & coffee facilities. Adult exercise equipment. Large grassed area for outdoor games.

Very clean and well maintained public park. Great equipment in the children's play area. Tennis courts, bowling, cricket and also exercise equipment are all accessible here, although some require booking. Dogs must be kept under control and leashed at all times and are apparently regularly reported if anyone is seen not complying, therefore this is a good place for anyone to take children who are wary of dogs. There are toilets and free parking here as well. A great place for a picnic with the family and friends. - Update, there is now a mini basketball court too.

Absolutely love this little park! Although it's comparatively small, it features a tennis court, bowling area, a cricket pitch as well as gym equipments. There's also a path going around the field for a nice little walk. It's also got the best play area I've been to with my little toddler - plenty of things to explore and climb on. He will happily play here for hours! It's good that it's secured from the rest of the park and also locked overnight, protecting it from vandalism. It's also very well maintained with its own car park & toilets. It does get quite busy though.

Lovely well kept park. Ideal for teaching young kids to ride a bike as it has a flat and level path running around the outside of the playing field.
The kids playground has been updated with new rides and climbing frames and these are fenced off securely from the main park.
Tennis courts, table tennis, bowls, football and cricket as well as a skatepark.
Its not the biggest park in the area but has absolutely everything including a toilet block.
Always well maintained and always clean.

Good, clean open park with lots of facilities. Public toilet, car park, benches, outdoor gym, table tennis, tennis courts, bowling green, football pitch, cricket pitch with pavilion. War memorial, plenty of grass, trees and flowers. The children's playground has different areas for young and old kids - swings, slides, climbing frames and even an aerial rope slide. There's a self contained skateboard/scooter park too. A few tables and seats for parents and carers. There's even a disability accessible swing. Unfortunately there's isn't much for very young children and as it's quite a big playground it can get a bit busy with older children who can be a bit boisterous.

Great new area for smaller children. Lovely clean play area and park. Nice to have toilets on site and an area to park the car. The only problem previously was the lack of things for toddlers and now that is rectified I am a very happy mummy!

Fantastic park and one of our faves locally. Love how it is locked at night so youths can not tarnish the safe surroundings for younger children. Would love a cafe on site and possible a splash park for summertime that would make it the perfect place to go.

Brilliant park. And now opened the old cricket provillion with tea, coffee and juice for kids and other stuff. Volunteers so please take that into consideration and make a small donation so we can keep it open and be a good community

Wasn't actually in the park, I was attending the morning service at St Patrick's church. Beautiful, historic and lovely medieval church. The service was great, friendly people, and interesting vicar. Thoughtful sermon, not too long but very interesting and informative.
