Had a really satisfying shopping experience at Boss because of the help of Maisie in the women’s department. She made it very easy to navigate around the styles and sizes. Perfect for a family with young children to keep occupied too.

The security guard is SOOO helpful! The gentlemen saw me carrying my luggage down the stairs and hurried up to help me with my bag!! It was so sweet and kind of him. Totally deserves a raise!!

Went to Bicester Village factory outlet with family. A good day out with family. Plenty of restaurants to eat. Boss outlet was great with some good variety and plenty of discounts

This mens designer brand carries quite a lot of good choices of mens casual clothes , it caters for all ages and most of the thugs are priced fairly.
Highly recommended.

Staff super friendly and very helpful. Amazing service and assistance, Didn't just fob me off and say we don't have that in your size and walk away . I Literally had a personal shopping assistance experience by the Boss . The best part was when paying I realised that one of the items was not at the discounted price and was having second thoughts on whether to buy or not . The cashier desk offered a brilliant discount to help with my decision making . Loved it . I like shopping here 😌

One of my febarate brand, some times can't afford, there quality is fantastic, it is expensive but takes longer, this boos showroom is more cheaper than other showroom, they always maintain quality

I attended this outlet and visited Boss. I asked for a size in a clothing and the gentleman completely ignored me and said that they don’t have it in stock. I asked one of his colleagues called Steve and he was amazing ! He brought all the potential sizes and they DID have in in stock but the other gentleman clearly was not bothered to look. With Steve’s excellent customer service I ended up spending £300. He is a great sales man. If I didn’t double check with Steve, Boss wouldn’t have had my custom because of the initial response I got. Once again thanks Steve amazing work !

Very nice place to visit but Out let prices are higher than on line ….
