Hired carpet cleaner. Quite loud but did great job

The store was set up brilliantly during this Covid period. I felt safe at all times. The team was really happy to help under the circumstances. Queues were managed well. Would happily come back again.

Easy parking, helpful staff, had the water butt I needed when other stores had sold out. Many thank..

Pretty good, neat and tidy with fully stocked shelves. The garden centre has a reasonable selection and you can get paint made to your colour. Pretty large carpark, never had a problem there.

These days buying lot of plants half price or even cheaper. Sometimes prices are not marked at low price but one can find deals online using mobile.

Love that they have loads of free card board boxes for people to take for moving house , storing etc... I've dropped in to buy random items just to pick up some free boxes...not many places give boxes away these days, they end up getting compacted. Really useful place if you need a box!

Great service from young Jack, who carefully loaded my car, and enabled me to shop easily; good to have a friendly chat en route, too! Thanks!

My partner and I popped in to buy a few curtain poles tonight and asked a senior guy working there about there location in the store. He was a very helpful man, he came with us to the location and asked us questions to advice us on which is best for us. He is a credit to Homebase.

Excellent select of DIY products and home furnishings. Good selection of chairs but nothing that we went for this time.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but every time I visit this store, I come out with what I came in for... at a reasonable price. And the staff are always helpful.

I hadn't been into this Homebase or a while and was very impressed with the range of goods on offer, very competitive prices, and friendly helpful staff. Bought some hanging baskets and plants which were excellent value and very healthy, not at all like the usual DIY store bedragled offerings. Also bought a toilet seat I had found online - large range of these all reasonably priced and good stock of each type. Will be my DIY, houseware store of choice in future.

With the current situation of Covid, they have set up their store to try and keep staff and customers safe. Even so, they still have everything you need, especially gas for the BBQ!!

To Whom it may concern, have just done some decorating and needed some finishing touches ie curtains etc. Unfortunatley i had to take them back as they did not fit, i was served by Matt Raven, Cameron Mc Closkey and James Gabriell. They made the exchange stress free, and gave excellent cusomer service, very polite, just wanted to help and go that extra mile. I thank them and wish them success in their future careers.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. This store had closed in the past leaving three other merchants. Glad to have this back.

Great little store , but like the Doctors Tardis....small on the outside but packed on the inside..always got the stock other stores do not have, great staff and well worth the trip from Bletchley..:)

Were currently undergoing changes in store, New Owners (Bunnings UK) with Everyday Low prices, New market leading suppliers with Trade and DIY products, more choice than ever before, still great Coffee and friendly helpful staff in store.
Argos and Habitat are no longer in partnership with Homebase (Bunnings UK) So no longer Trade from Homebase Bicester.
