Halfords - Netherfield (Nottingham)

Great work from the guys at Halfords store in Netherfield, Nottingham this morning, for their work in replacing two car bulbs for me. Always a great store team. Much Appreciated. Thank you.

A young very polite gentleman changed my wipers, I asked his advice about the blades, he was very helpful and his manners were second to none, it’s always good for customer service with this level of politeness.
If I could remember his name I would have mentioned it here. But well done Halfords netherfield for employing such employees with a care for customer service. Definitely a 5 stars from me.

Phil was very helpful.He did a neat and tidy job,well in the time he stated.The car was looked after and clean when the work was completed .He then explained how to operate the dash cam quite clearly.I would recommend him and Halfords to any one who wants this work doing.

I’ve been into this store multiple times and what great customer service this store has. Some very bright young lads helped me out, sam and sami were their names. Helped me with multiple different things such as fitting new wipers and even put my new number plates on for me. There has even been times I’ve seen them come in on their days off and still are happy to help customers. If it were down to me those two would get a pay raise. Exceptional work!

Great service, Phil was outstanding in explain all with camera system. And took time out with no rush and great job instaing the camera system.

Most of the time quite good service but occasionally can’t do the back wiper nice and personal people who do the jobs

Phillip supported me from start to finish! Made it clear what I would need to buy for my Wireless CarPlay stereo fitting; listed everything clearly, no hidden costs. He fitted the stereo the very next day, he was polite, he was kind, he was human!! He walked through how to use the stereo with me, even cleaned my dashboard before handing the car back to me, the guy is an asset to the store! I won’t hesitate to use them again!! :-)

My car decided to breakdown right near to my local Halfords and after booking my recovery company I popped into the local Halford store to get new key batteries. After speaking to the desk staff a technician called Kieran checked over my car was so helpful and polite and offered the comfort of the store for my family and dog whilst we waited for the recovery truck to arrive as it was a hot day. No charge he said just trying to help me

Excellent service for chain replacement and have now also booked for a service. Staff were happy to accommodate a slot for the service so I can cycle in and not wait long to cycle home. Halfords unrivalled for bike care and value for money IMO.

I work on the same retail park as this Halfords branch. After my shift, my car wouldn’t start and every warning light imaginable was flashing at me. After googling, it said it could be the battery so off I go to Halfords. Brian, the assistant manager was due to finish his shift and came out to test my battery and said it needed replacement. He then stayed even further behind his shift to put it in for me as his team members were all booked up. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for his help getting me home after a very long shift and a child at home waiting for me. Brian is a true credit and showed great leadership, thank you 😊

Great customer service from Alex today. I wanted to purchase 2 dash cams and Alex couldn't of been more helpful. He explained the different features between the different models, he explained how to fit them and overall a very friendly chap. Thanks Alex! I am looking forward to fitting the dash cams to my vehicles in the next couple of days.

Went into Halfords, Victoria Retail Park at Netherfield today to purchase some new wheel trims for my car - Phillip served me and advised which ones to purchase, then fitted them for me. Fabulous service - so efficient and helpful and very reasonably priced .. l would not hesitate to visit this store again and would highly recommend! Extremely happy with my purchase, Thankyou!

Took two bikes in for a service, very happy with the results. One needed a bit more than they quoted but they honoured the original quote. One needed less than they quoted for and they charged me less.
Good work and honest pricing, what else can you ask for?
