I went in tonight and asked a lady called Rosie for some advice about filters for my turtle.
Rosie was amazing she explained everything about a filter she showed me very professional and funny I was amazed on how much knowledge she had and how much time she had for me.
Rosie and all the staff are fantastic and very friendly a credit to the company.

Great shop, good selection of products for all sorts of animals. The pet selection is decent and good pet services like the dog salon.

Pets at Home are always good shops, lots to offer and friendly staff! They did seem a bit understaffed when we went, frantically loading shelves etc, hopefully they can get more. 👍

Came today to ask for assistance for fish keeping. The worker, Mark, was very informative and helpful!

Absolutely awesome vets, they were very understanding of my needs and my kittens needs. They were clear and concise with instructions for my kittens medication and they were very calm which helped my kittens stay calm. Would highly recommend, my kittens even enjoyed seeing the rabbits and mice in the supermarket lol.

Spoke to Shannon in the fish department today regarding first time owner and setting up a tank to kinds of fish and everything in between. An amazing help, knew everything and was extremely passionate about what she was talking about. 1000% recommend asking for her for anything fish related. Will definitely be coming back to purchase in the near future.

Brilliant staff, great service. They looked after our kittens when they were found abandoned and I'm glad we are able to pay back in kind. Took them for their first check up today, nurses are really helpful and we got seen to by the vet who gave us good advice and gave them both a full bill of health.

Our Paddy had a Summer make over, he lives the place. Staff very good to him and always happy.

Welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Staff member Mark was amazing when serving us today - my 3 young sons were being a handful, while he was explaining about items we would need for a kitten, but he was brilliant with them, and couldn't do enough for us. He was very patient & knowledgeable, and they had a great selection of everything. Highly recommend, will definitely return!! Thank you.

The staff were super helpful when we went to buy fish for my 3 year old birthday. Made a big fuss of him and let us in even though they were about to close. Then gave him an extra fish as a birthday present. Above and beyond excellent customer service. 😁

Ted is nightmare to groom and has seen off every other groomer who's tried so I was delighted with the results from pets at home today and will be back soon x

Took our cocker spaniel to the groom room and the service was fabulous. They dud an amazing job. Peaches looks absurdly wonderful.

Went into this store on Sunday, the service was brilliant and the staff very friendly. The guy (Connor) who helped us with our new pet was very informative, took his time to talk things through and even offered us information about another pet we had. Will definitely be coming back to this store amazing service.

Really friendly, helpful staff! Great offers and huge selection of products, really glad we visited. Staff made the visit for sure though, regret not getting their names as they deserve recognition for their customer service!

We took Teddy today .he is normally very nervous. However today he was happy and very well behaved .he was in a bit of a state and the result was amazing .honestly the best grooming he has ever had he looks fantastic. Thankyou. We can't remember the lady name a blonde young lady she was so pleasant and friendly and we have booked his revisit already would totally recommend.
