North Oxford BMW

Took me a while to choose my next company car but Paul Smith from North Oxford garage, was great from start to finish. He was patient while I made my mind up and let me test drive multiple vehicles over a period of months and even allowed me to keep the cars for a couple of days so I could really evaluate which was best.
Ended up with the BMW iX3 and absolutely love it. The hand over with Paul was excellent and the whole process has been professional and painless.

My 5 series BMW had it's first service at North Oxford BMW yesterday. It was a painless process and I was kept up to date throughout the process. A special mention to Jenna who was polite, courteous and professional throughout. Very impressed.

Such amazing service! I don’t have a new BMW any more but I would find it hard to leave and go elsewhere. Every time I think it could cost less elsewhere, I think about what I get for my money and then it just doesn’t add up to even think about it. From the minute you arrive at BMW North Oxford, it works. Professional, experienced service staff like Rozeena are hard to find. She remembers me, my car, my preferred choices and is always a joy to catch up with every time. Today, I had an MOT. For the cost of an MOT, I had the benefit of feeling like a “million dollars”. My car had a personal service with a complimentary vehicle health check with a video sent to me by my technician Chris, and also a wash and vacuum care of BMW. I had a catch up with Rozeena, coffee and biscuits and all the works were completed efficiently and quickly while I waited. Having BMW aftercare from purchase was great but the service after 3 years doesn’t stop just because your policy does. If I ever have to have major works done, I’ll trust I’m in safe hands, doing the best for me financially and the best for the performance of my car.

Great service on Friday. Rosina booked the car in and provided the courtesy car promptly. At end of day alerted me to traffic problems and arranged drop off for next day. Saved me a lot of time. Great service.

Great service from BMW North Oxford staff. Bought my vehicle in due to a recall and experienced great customer service from Rozeena. She made sure I was booked in for a convenient time (around my work schedule) which meant I could run with my day as normal. Rozeena also arranged a vehicle for myself whilst my car was being investigated. A great asset for the company. I will be sure to use BMW North Oxford again due to the high level or service provided and easy communication!

I would recommend Jamie Young as he has been able to turn around a difficult situation. Although this was a result of a defect to my roof, thus the responsibity of BMW UK, I was asked to pay fifty percent of the cost. It became very apparent at that time, having leased BMW’s for many years, that I was not a valued customer. It also showed me that if this was my first BMW I would only be a number. Due to the lack of Customer Service. I had no other option than to take the matter higher to the CEO. Once I had a response from his secretary to confirm it was the responsibility of BMW, Jamie followed up the emails regards confirmation of payment and very quickly arranged for the work to be carried out on the car. I received an email this morning and by this afternoon my car was delivered to my home address. Jamie gave an excellent Customer Service, always remaining professional at all times, friendly and was very knowledgeable and experienced in his field of work.
