A deliciously well preserved welsh farmhouse situated amongst the rolling hills of Pembrokeshire. Trefrane House is close to the stunning beaches of Nolton Haven and New Gale , we made so many trips in the evening to watch the sun set.

Trefrane House had ample parking and surrounding land to relax in, the house itself does not disappoint, the kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need to dish up a culinary delight.

The living room was spacious and included TV and dvd player, the WiFi connection was fast and never lost it's signal.

All bedrooms are ensuite and sympathetically decorated to the era and farmhouse feel of the property.

Only slight criticism we would give is some of our party thought the mattresses needed toppers or replaced as quite hard and bumpy.

We came to Wales and particularly this area to bring our mother home for one last visit to her homeland and where she grew up and married our father, staying at Trefrane House has just made it even more memorable.

Booking was painless and Penny was very efficient, when we arrived all the information needed for recycling, heating, water and contact numbers were in the book.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The Bottle of Wine and glasses laid out on the dining room table eas a lovely touch.

Potential to be luxury cottage, good location and roomy property. Kitchen well equipped. Decor slightly ‘tired’. The lounge furniture needs replacing - the seating is so soft one has trouble getting up from it. Due to rental wear and tear the seating cushions now need washing. There was no light bulb in the bedroom centre light. The drawer in the dressing table had a bottom panel missing. Beds are incredibly firm and uncomfortable - this has been mentioned in previous reviews and the pillows need replacing.
On a positive note, we had a great holiday with friends: cottage is in a great location and the welcome bottle of wine was appreciated. It wouldn’t take much to make this cottage a luxury place to stay.
