I stayed here back in July and found the whole experience very pleasant. Tim, the host is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are quaint and very clean, and the location of the B&B makes it very easy to access the town centre and river front. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location and 5 minute walk to town, bedroom a bit small but we were only sleeping in there. Breakfast was nice and a cosy front room with nice guests. They have a pump system on the toilets which came on when you flushed, did sometimes wake me up when other guests in the B&B used it.
Otherwise a nice place and Tim was very helpful, would stay again if I went back to Stratford-upon-Avon.

In a great location. A few minutes walk from train station. Short walk to town centre and local attractions. Host is very knowledgeable of local area. Room was comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again

Tim was warm and welcoming. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable! Great price for a yummy breakfast and great service, as well as location. The bed was SO comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I don't know why I've never reviewed this place - I've been staying here for years! It's clean, it's comfortable, and Tim is always friendly and welcoming. If you're visiting for the first time, he can help and advise you on where to visit, or if you're a regular theatre-goer you can compare notes; he's probably seen whatever play is on! It's in easy walking distance of the centre and theatres. Parking is limited and a bit tight and you'll need to make sure you have clear directions as it's a little different to find the car park first time. Other than that, it's highly recommended - good breakfast too - and always the first place I contact when I stay in the town.

Stayed here whilst exhibiting at the Contemporary Art Fair, Discover Gather Give. This hotel was great, Tim was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations of restaurants etc. The room was great value for money for someone on a budget. Especially helpful that the price included breakfast! It's close to the town centre so ideal location. The bed was super comfortable too. I dont think the photos actually do the place justice. If I visit Stratford-upon-avon again I'll definitely rebook if there's space!

Just spent a night at this central B & B and it was perfect. Comfortable room with lots of fluffy towels in the bathroom. The owner is very welcoming and my breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Great place to rest after exploring Stratford for the day. Breakfast was delicious. Tim was friendly and helpful with ideas on hiking trails in the area.

Hosts are amazing! So welcoming and everywhere is so clean hand sanitizer pots everywhere and refills on coffees and teas at hands teach instead of having to ask for it would highly recommend again

Lovely rooms,clean and tastefully decorated,breakfast lovely.only problem was you can only get bbc1 and bbc2 on the tv! Would absolutely reccomend.
