I had the best strawberry milkshake ever served by a lovely lady

Went in today to get lunch for me and my husband and daughter. I was really impressed by the lady who served me as she was very quick to be accommodating with my daughters allergy related needs. Where the supplies they had in store fell short they went out to get allergen free options from the shop no questions asked or guilt trip included. If only more shops were like this! She seemed to really know what she was talking about and had a whole folder of allergen information for the food they served which is a big difference to many places we go for food. Thank you for the great service helping us get some food in our tummies quickly! x

Polite staff at the price you'd expect, definitely recommend the sausage rolls!

Stopped in for two breakfast bacon baguettes, paid town centre prices (£4 each) but got a decent amount of bacon for our money. Nice little store with lots of options. We sat outside on a lovely day and watched the world go by.

Alway buy the jacket patatoes here very good.

Went to this shop today to purchase ice cream for myself, my husband and our four children. On entering the shop other customers were being served so the assistant behind the other counter asked us if we needed any help. I told her we wanted to purchase ice cream but we were unsure of the prices. The assistant advised it was £2.80 for one scoop, as we were unsure of the available flavours the assistant pointed to the sign on the right of the wall by the counter, as my husband didn't have his reading glasses on he was unable to read the sign so went outside to look at the sign out there. What I do not appreciate is that when we walked out of the shop to do this and my daughter asked why we were leaving that the same assistant then stated in a mocking way to her colleague that it was because we didn't want to buy from them as we thought they were too expensive. How very rude and presumptuous of you. Perhaps if you learnt some basic customer service skills and manners the £32 we then went on to spend elsewhere could have gone in your till. We didn't purchase from you because we couldn't afford to, simply because you were very rude and perhaps you should consider that some people may be struggling at the moment so passing rude comments and mocking them is in my opinion, disgraceful.

Poor sandwich ham and mustard, for what you have charged disgraceful, could of bought pre packaged at any outlet for a fraction of your charge, won't be ordering again £4 for 2 slices of bread and 2 slices of ham mmmmmmm

The staff definitely have some attitude, I see from other reviews it wasn't just a bad day. RUDE Staff go elsewhere there are plenty of shops who could do with my custom

Dont bother getting the over priced ice cream and unhygienic lack of gloves and money used in the same hand!
