Beautiful area to walk, plenty to do for all the family. Mainly well surfaced it's an ideal place to come and bring a picnic. Lots of Peter Rabbit statues to see there is also the plot lands museum and a great Essex wildlife Trust restaurant. Also incorporating a beautiful and interesting community garden. Parking is free and open to 5pm

Was a lovely place to go for a walk with the little ones. The weather was lovely which obviously helped. The path is suitable for prams and strollers and there is a nice cafe for a drink after

What an amazing little gem. Follow the trail of Peter and his friends or follow the trail of the old plot man's. Take your pick. Lovely little woodlands and lake. Cafe and shop are lovely spaces and reasonably priced. Free parking which is also a bonus. Would recommend for the whole family. Is great for kids and having fun on the trail or also just great to enjoy the scenery and a walk. Also the little garden area managed by the community is lovely too. My little one loves the fairies in the gardens.

Great for Peter Rabbit lovers. The stationary shop there is pricey. The cafe is good.

It's a lovely place to visit. The sensory garden is a real gem. A short walk from the cafe brings you into a 3000 sq mtr garden just bursting with colour and interest. There are winding paths that take you through various areas like the dry garden, herb garden and woodland area. The fairy trees are a magnet for children, and they love to explore and find hidden areas like the story bay where they can sit surrounded by trees and make up stories to tell each other. I love to take my grandchildren there and it is definitely on our must visit list

A lovely place to take young children to meet all the characters from Peter Rabbit.
Would recommend for young and old. There is a very good Visitors Centre.

Great place. Free parking, really nice cafe and a good nature walk for the children.

The lake is especially good with fish and ducks and there’s a few picnic benches dotted around too.
