Summary: we are extremely happy with both the final result of our new kitchen and the level of service we received from our first visit to the showroom, to the close out of the last snags. We would highly recommend you everyone.

We had a new kitchen as a part of an extension to our house, as such we were looking at a number of different kitchen suppliers and getting designs and quotes from each of them. We were recommended Ashford’s by our builder who had worked with them before; but we didn’t think we could afford a high quality independent company when we had been looking at the national kitchen chains.

Our first visit to their Farnham store was great. Their designer showed us the different styles and options, listened to what we wanted and came up with some suggestions. They then provided a high level estimate range based on the architects drawings and quality options available. This was really useful.

The designer then worked up a CAD model of our new extension prior to our next visit where we went through all the options in detail. This is where Ashford’s quality started to show. They were including things in the design that the other companies had not included at this stage. The sort of details that take you from a nice finish to an excellent finish.

We then had a couple of back and forth and additional visits to the shop, out of choice . All the staff were very helpful and no question was too silly or inconvenient and there was no big hard sell. The price was the price, no sales, no silly marketing, just honest and simple. We ended up with a design that we were happy with and at a price we could afford.

Once we had ordered the kitchen, Ashford’s set up a WhatsApp with their project managers, our builder and us. This meant communicating and coordinating everything was simple. Where Ashford’s really stand out is the after sales services. As our build progressed they came and visited us multiple times, produced all the electrical and plumbing drawings for the builders and made sure that their design would work in the space as it was being built.
As with any building work, things didn’t go as intended, some of it meant the design of the kitchen needed to change slightly, however, Ashford’s dealt with this very quickly. Within a couple of hours of the problem being found, we were presented with a couple of options as a solution and it was no longer a problem. We cannot emphasise how much stress this level of service removed when we think about if we had gone with different companies; the problem would not have been found until fitting and then all the cost and delays would have been painful.

The fitters Ashford’s used were exceptional. Polite, clean, tidy and very happy to help in making the kitchen exactly as we wanted. The project manager visits during the fit out to make sure we are happy with how everything is going. As a part of the service the fitters plan to come back a few weeks after the fit-out to make sure any snags are closed out quickly and completely. So before you even find any snags you have a date for the snags to be sorted. Again; this saves so much stress.

Ashford’s post-fit out service is great. They helped us register all the appliances for warrantees. They came and visited after all the building work was completed and have continued to be incredibly helpful with any questions we have had. Everything about Ashford’s is quality and customer experience centred. Their service level is brilliant and I would encourage everyone to use them for their work.

We recently extended and renovated our kitchen and visited Ashford Kitchens in Farnham Common to discuss our project. We loved the showroom. From beginning to end, Ashford Kitchens have been great. They listened to what we wanted, in a short time they came up with a marvellous design that really met our ideas and budget and managed to incorporate all our asks. The team excels in project management, taking all the burdens of renovating from us and made the process so easy and simple. The fitters are highly skilled and assembled the kitchen units in no time. Ashford Kitchens delivered our dream kitchen, which is now our favourite spot in our home. We absolutely recommend Ashford Kitchens to everybody! Thank you team, you are amazing!!

Ashford Kitchens did a really brilliant job of our kitchen. Fantastic customer service, from the initial design right through to fitting the kitchen. We are so happy with the end result! The project was managed really well with no delays and the staff were all super helpful, which took all of the stress out of the process. Sam at the Farnham Common branch helped us design and pick a kitchen in late 2022 which came in cheaper than a discounted Wickes one, plus far superior appliances from Ashford too. Absolutely brilliant service and you're kept up to date throughout the journey. When a door arrived damaged, they quickly ordered a new one for us and it arrived quickly. It's been 18 months now and we absolutely still love the kitchen. We went with handless painted doors which needed one touch up (due to being knocked very hard), and you can't even see it and the whole kitchen still looks amazing. If you want a bespoke design, at a good price, and excellent customer service, then Ashford is the place to go. In fact, we are going back to get new fitted wardrobes. 5 stars without question for: Service, Design, Value and Support what a Team. In our first meeting at Ashford Kitchen with Stephen Flower on Zoom we discussed our requirements and arranged for a home visit to survey the Kitchen.
When we discussed design, Carole and I instructed Stephen to Design a kitchen which would give the “Wow” factor when you walked into it and my word Stephen certainly delivered.
We were Blown away when we viewed the computer generated virtual design. The initial design was followed by two review meetings in the Showroom with Stephen when we finalised the design.
The NEFF appliances surpass anything we have previously installed in a kitchen, from the 5 pan induction hob with auto splash back to the 2 double ovens, we have everything.
As the project moved through the design process we were impressed, the costing process we were impressed, the delivery process and installation process we were impressed, finally the quality we were impressed.
Service was above and beyond, like any large project there are bound to be a few small issues and these were dealt with professionally and efficiently during the installation.
Without question I would not hesitate to recommend Ashford. We have spent our first days in our new “Dream” kitchen and wow we pinch ourselves.
Our old kitchen was 22 years senior and seemed small although it was big. Now the new kitchen is enormous and the use of space and design is unprecedented.
Don’t hesitate is my honest advice, ignore the rest and pick the ultimate Kitchen Designer.

The whole experience was a delight from start to finish. Every step of the kitchen removal, kitchen installation and final sign off were run to perfection. We are so pleased and cannot speak any higher of Ashford Kitchens. Thank you all very much.

We’d been thinking about a new kitchen for some years, just couldn’t decide what was best, but we eventually “bit the bullet” and decided on a full on extension. We designed the extension, had an idea generally of what we wanted and when we visited Ashford, the welcome and initial discussion sold us immediately! We did not visit any other supplier. At the initial discussions, they came up with really good idea’s and justifications for same which we bought into immediately. The concept drawings really sold the idea to us and got us really excited for the new kitchen. Choosing the kitchen was easy, we knew what we wanted style wise and as such the choice was easy. Ashford took time explaining the pro’s and con’s of various appliances, this made choosing the appropriate ones very easy. The team at Ashford were always on hand to answer questions before and during the installation, the fitting team were most courteous and polite, cleaning up after themselves each evening, and even at that late stage, they made a sensible design change and accommodated same within the programme and cost. Overall what could have been a stressful process was managed in a smooth and professional manner and all staff at Ashford were aware of our project. I would highly recommend Ashford if you’re considering a new kitchen, a family run business with all the right family values!

We only went to Ashford Kitchens and found them very helpful so we didn't go to any other companies. We were very happy with the design as Ashford came up with so many good ideas. Ashfords designed and installed our new kitchen and we are absolutely delighted with it. The team at Ashfords were friendly and easy to work with, their communication throughout the process was great, the workmanship was excellent and all the support and service was professional. Fabulous service from the team at Ashford Kitchens. Sam was so helpful and patient during the planning stage. Happy to make as many changes as we requested and was very knowledgeable about different products. Gareth the fitter did a great job aswell. Always on time and did the job within the timescales quoted at planning stage. The rest of the team , Amy, Zoe, Dipesh, Daniel all kept ontop of things and kept us updated throughout. We are so happy with the new kitchen and the stress free experience has made it even more enjoyable.

Over the years we have had many companies undertaking work in our home; this is the first time we have used Ashford. Their consultancy and design of our new kitchen, the attitude and skill of the fitters, the quality of the materials, the customer service, communication throughout the process and their dedication to getting it not just right but the best it could be were all exemplary.

We are delighted with our new kitchen and appliances. The service we have had from start to end has been excellent and the team has responded to queries, ideas, concerns with us in mind at all times .
The delivery and fitting was completed within the time frames and we were consulted if things were early or delayed . The fitter liaised with our builder to ensure the build met our design and visa versa.
Sam listened to our design thought and was great as there was much procrastination so thank you for being so patient; Dipesh was great in checking the works part way and as work was completed, Gary was precise in his fitting and his singing was entertaining!! The rest of team endured the process was hassle free which added the reassurance that work was running smoothly.

We looked around at quite a few companies for a kitchen project, we knew we wanted to try and use a local family run business so we made an appointment with Ashford Kitchens. It was the best decision we could have made, because from start to finish they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From Amy who was our extremely helpful first point of contact and fantastic throughout the whole process, to Stephen who designed our wonderful kitchen beyond what we had in mind and made choices for finish extremely easy, to Dipesh who has been invaluable with his aftersales care and demonstrations on how all our new appliances work and Dan who's after sales care and customer service has been first class. Our overall experience has been wonderful and we would like to say a big thank you to Stephen and his team for their patience, knowledge and responsiveness. We were sold on the first day we walked into the showroom, which is a combination of many beautiful kitchen styles and endless options for appliances and all little gadgets. We have made endless requests and visits which have always been responded to with positive attitude. Any questions and issues we had come across have been promptly solved and the overall customer service is just brilliant!
I certainly have a kitchen of my dreams and my only regret is wasting time looking around before we had found Ashfords!
