Great hardware and clothes shop it's very big inside. Floors are clean and tidy. Overall great hardware shop 😁👍

Great country store. All you could ask for to dress for horse riding. All you need for your horse as well. Great country pursuit clothing and footwear. Heck just go and have a look you will not be disappointed. You can then stop and have a great lunch, sandwich or just tea and cake in their first class restaurant. It's a winner

Excellent service. Ordered some Timberland boots – quite hard to get hold of elsewhere – at the weekend and they arrived today, well boxed and at a good price.

I brought some boots from Griggs at the end of last year and the stitching had started to come undone. I contacted them and they very quickly sent me a returns label and sorted a replacement within a week, quick and easy process, thanks Griggs

Best value for Barbour Tempest wellies, they even knocked off a bit more due to a damaged box which they informed me of in advance. Friendly service & prompt delivery.

I would like to take the time to write a review on MA Grigg Country Store. In recent weeks I’ve had the pleasure of buying pieces online and the ease of using their online shop, right through to the speedy delivery of the item has been a pleasure. The variety of items this store stocks is wonderful.
Most recently, my dealing with MA Grigg has been most positive. I had inadvertently sent MA Grigg an incorrect item which I meant to ship to another company. Once I came to realize my error, I immediately contacted the company and this issue was handled with the utmost urgency and professionalism. There were many emails going back and forth with their customer service team, specifically with employee Julie Sylvester. Julie was calm, respectful, extremely patient and empathetic about the issue. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch of people to deal with at MA Grigg, considering it was a silly error completely made on my part! Without boring everyone with the full details of this extremely convoluted story, all I can say is that with the help of a kind local resident of Cornwall, and Julie, my package was safely returned to me. I look forward to visiting this store one day in person! Thank you again Xx

I bought a Barbour wax jacket, spoke to a very nice lady who confirmed it was indeed the Made in England version and it promptly arrived 2 days later. Would buy from them again. Thank you.

I had been wanting a Barbour coat/jacket for years and eventually decided to take the plunge. Found this store whilst searching for a good price. This was the lowest I could find but my size was out of stock. I enquired and was informed more on the way. Within days the stock was replenished and order placed online. I got a bit extra off too as a new customer. The order has arrived within two days!!! Well packed and I couldn't be more pleased. I ordered a hood too as Barbour no longer provide these with the coat. Unfortunatley it isn't tartan lined as I'd hoped but the colour match is perfect and I can always order a checked lining later from Barbour themselves. The loyalty point scheme is an added bonus. I shall definatley be returning. Love that a lot of the items are made in the U.K too. I got the Beadnell Jacket in Rustic. After reading reviews I ordered the next size up which I am pleased I did as it's a smaller cut than some styles.

I've used this store a few times and have found them to be very good. Very good on range of clothing and shoes, and on price. When I have had to return something it has been a straight forward process. Would definitely recommend.

Great bargains here. Brought a classic Barbour Beaufort for pretty much half price the usual cost and got free express delivery!

Whether you are looking for equestrian equipment or clothing, machinery, poultry and pet food, timber, a new pair of boots, clothes or a birthday card, Griggs has something for you!

Staff are always really knowledgeable and helpful, and I always leave feeling pleased with a purchase! I've never had time to look upstairs in the clothing department before, but over the weekend we ventured up there to have a look around. Although some items were out of our budget, the quality and range of the clothing was fantastic. Will be visiting again soon!
