Just spent a week at The Vine. Nothing but praise from us! Paula and Simon are lovely people and very welcoming. If you take the time to read the website info, as we did before we booked, steps and stairs won't be a surprise! Rooms were well equipped with everything you could need; breakfasts were fabulous and leisurely.

A real home from home we would highly recommend!

My husband and I plus our 2 dogs Digby and Dexta have had a wonderful time staying for 5 nights at Vine Cottage .
Paula and Simon are so friendly and helpful.
Covid rules are kept up to date respectively.
Beautiful garden abundant with country cottage blooms and a great base from which to explore this side of Cornwall.
This is a period property with its own nooks and cranies and as such stairs to the rooms may be difficult for people with mobility issues.
I'm sure Paula won't mind me stating this even though it is clearly marked on their website.
A lovely room and great breakfast only adds to the experience.
Many thanks xxx

We loved our stay at Vine Cottage, quirky cosy cottage with beautiful garden full of birds and interesting plants, not to mention the chickens! Really well looked after with lovely friendly hosts.

The stay here has been great, there are just some minor issues that honestly aren't much of a problem. Parking is a bit of a small area with a narrow entrance. The room itself is a little small but it is still comfortable if you don't plan on spending all day in there.

Breakfast is great in the mornings and there is a good selection to choose from and it all comes free of charge!

The location is a little out of the way but it seems to be in between everything and you only have a 5 or 10 minute drive to each village or the Eden project.

All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Lovely, comfortable stay in a beautiful area. Very pleasant and flexible owner - we were provided with a packed lunch because we had an early start. Eggs from the chickens that live there; bacon and sausages from a local butcher. Lounge with an open fire! Incredibly good value for money. We'll be back. .

We have just come back from a 2 night stay here. Such a lovely cottage and the owners are very welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic and rooms were lovely and traditional. We will hopefully be returning in the spring.

Great cottage in a quiet area, despite being close to a main street. Had some great days in there and the owners are really friendly and caring. Definitely would recommend other people staying there, if they want it quiet and comfortable. Probably should travel there with a car, since public transport is not as close.

Paula made us very welcome and gave us some great recommendations of where to visit and eat.
Her lemon curd is to die for 🥰
