I have brought my bike to Kingsway Cycle twice now, first time to fix a punctured tyre and second time to replace my back wheel which had its spokes / metal rim twisted. Had a really good experience with Kingsway Cycle both times, as the staff were really helpful and patient in explaining the problem and what they needed to do to fix it. They were also really pleasant in answering any questions I had, and were happy to give me a quote without any inclination of obligation on my part to get it fixed with them. They fixed my bike on the same day itself and even threw in a bit of free servicing on their own initiative by fixing the shifting on my gears as they had been a bit stiff. Replacing my back wheel, getting new brake pads and having the gear shift fixed felt almost like getting a new bike! All for £50, which is really good value for money. Thank you Kingsway Cycles! And would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of this marvellous shop. I purchased a reasonably priced second-hand mountain bike for £110 in very good condition. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful whilst the one-month warranty gave peace of mind. I will certainly be keeping Kingsway Cycles as my go-to bike shop and will be continuing to recommend them to other talking about bikes.

What a wonderful shop with two friendly and knowledgeable gents, for whom nothing was too much trouble! My son needed a second-hand bike just to whizz to and fro King’s and the boathouse a few times a week and they had a great Marin. All serviced and good to go - plus they helped us pick out helmet, lock, lights etc. My son will be back regularly for servicing. Thank you so much and highly recommend this shop

The owner is kind and generous. I bought a second hand bike a few weeks ago and recently had some problems with the seat and handlebars. They repaired my bike free of charge and it is now perfect. Highly recommended bike shop.

We only came here because our usual cycle repair shop couldn't fit us in, how glad we are that they were too busy, this place is a real find, and we won't think of going anywhere else now. They took our bikes straight away and we were able to pick them up by the end of the day. My bike looked like new after a repair and service, all clean and working beautifully, the gears had never been quite right after its previous service and now they slide beautifully. My daughter's bike was only booked for a puncture repair, but the guy (sorry, don't remember your name) had also straightened her bent handle bars, even though we hadn't mentioned them. Excellent, friendly service at a very reasonable price. Thank you

Excellent service at a very good price. Brought my bike in today during my lunch break with little notice as I'd had some issues with the gears on my way to work. He even replaced the rear brake which I had neglected to do out of sheer procrastination and still it only came to a very small fee. All done in a couple of hours while I was back at work. Very happy customer

Excellent bike shop and very pleased with my new bike. I had struggled to find many bikes suitable for me (tall female) anywhere else but I was really impressed by how quickly Nick identified what sort of bike I was after, and the right size, and how quickly it was ordered and assembled. Had an emergency troubles with chain while cycling into town, thought I’ll have to replace it and was ready to do so but gent working in Kingsway Cycles very kindly suggested that he can repair it. Less than half an h and coffe and a cake in nearby pattiserrie later my bike was ready. Very fair price, quick turnaround and perfect location. Can’t fault it and will be back when my next service is due. Thank you once again!

I traveled up from London to inspect a bike and the trip was worth the effort. Excellent old school service from staff who are mechanics first and salesmen second. They made sure the bike I bought fit perfectly and took the trouble to replace the stem to ensure the correct fit. First rate service you can trust.

These guys really are fantastic. They know their stuff and will recommend the right bike for you. I've probably bought ten bikes from them for my family over the last 15 years. All have been great. Follow up servicing is superb and reasonably priced.

Amazing bike shop, absolutely the best in Cambridge. I bring my bike here for maintenance/repairs regularly, and there's always a huge transformation. This time, I came with a buckled wheel, loose chain and dodgy brake pads, and fixing everything was included in the price of a standard maintenance! And my bike is now back to being smooth, quiet and riding beautifully. Really excellent.

Brilliant shop. We got our daughter a second hand Dawes bike from here - (complete with mud guards) for a great price. We always go here for bike repairs and are always pleased with the low prices/service/time it takes. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cambridge - highly recommended.
