Hilton Cambridge City Centre

Great hotel, nice staff, bubbly on check in, large clean rooms, very quiet and good nights sleep. Bar was nice too. Pretty central location... less than 10 minutes to main areas and river. Would use again. Parking tough in high rise next door although I'm told there is hotel parking.

From the Valet parking, to checkin, to the room, great.
We arrived 3hrs early, so luggage storage was not an issue, until we arrived back after walking around most of the city to checkin.
The bar area was very relaxing after walking around the city for most of the day, very laid back atmosphere.

Highly Recommend. Stayed on 27/04/24 on business and pleasure, was our very first time at this hotel which was simply fantastic with location and hotel parking right in the middle of the city could not be a better location for all that the city has to offer. As a Lifetime Diamond Member of Hilton and staying in UK and Worldwide Hilton hotels, was overwhelmed with this hotel in every-way. Accommodation and facilities were wonderful. All staff from Reception, Concierge, lounges, Dining, Executive Lounge and Housekeeping were impeccable and professional who clearly demonstrated how to look after hotel guests to perfection. All showed they loved what they did, incredible and thank you so much for looking after us. Can't wait to return again, soon.

This is our favourite Hilton in the UK. The service is 10/10 from check-in, F&B service to check-out.

The main reason we returned is that every member of the Hilton team in Cambridge was helpful and pleasant.

We recently got married in Cambridge, ON and needed a wedding block for our guests. Right from the start Amanda Axt, our sales associate, was a pleasure to work with.

Quick responses, helpful suggestions and professional attitude are a few of the qualities I'd use to describe Amanda. Above all, she was positive and helped relieve any stress we had about finding a convenient, clean and hospitable place for our guests to stay for the weekend!

The onsite hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with for both myself, my new bride and our guests!

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, so conveniently located, I was able to walk to the attractions and punting sites. From the moment I arrived the hotel till I left, all staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also great, will certainly come back again next time when visiting Cambridge.

Two nights in the excellent hotel. The staff were great, the room was spotless, the location brilliant. Took the option to upgrade and used the executive lounge. The young lady who was monitoring it and placing the food (which was great) was just right, helpful and polite and nothing seemed to be too much. Thank you!

Gym is very clean with a good range of machines.
And where do I start with the breakfast??? Everything you could want for breakfast was served AND more!!
The coffees in the coffee machine were lovely.

Nice spacious comfortable room, very peaceful. Only complaint was that the coffee machine at breakfast tended to serve only lukewarm cappuccino / latte.

In a country/continent full of tiny rooms and small beds, this property stands out, as what I (American) expect when I book a hotel room. Of note, I had to call to confirm before my travels, each room does come with a hair dryer and an iron for wrinkled clothes. As noted, beds were (I believe) Full x2.

I had a coffee/tea station, closet with hangers, TV, desk, desk chair and additional armchair, full size mirror…all things I’m used to having standard here, but are hot or miss when I travel abroad.

A wonderful stay with family. We were so warmly welcomed by the reception staff at check-in. The rooms were absolutely spotless. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was super comfortble. The breakfast buffet was superb and the staff on duty were so kind and friendly.
The evening in the lounge area was lovely - the Christmas decorations were stunning and again the bar staff were really polite, friendly and offered great service. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely come back. Top class!

Excellent hotel. Stayed here on New Year’s Eve and everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and had emailed me a week or two before my stay to ask if they could help with anything. I was upgraded to one of their King Suites which was stunning. They have an executive lounge and a big shout out to the Japanese lady that works there. She was so friendly and helpful especially giving me advice about Japan (it’s on my bucket list). The food and drink selection was great. The gym was a good size for a hotel. The bar is stunning (loved the Christmas Tree next to the fireplace) and the breakfast was amazing. The location is good and if I had to find fault with anything then the only thing would be that the parking was quite pricey at £30 per night (but this was valet) and parking in Cambridge is quite pricey on the whole so not too bad. The staff went out of their way though to ensure we had a great stay and I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back next time I’m in Cambridge.

Stayed for two nights. Staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel itself was pleasant to stay in, with comfortable rooms and facilities. The location was perfect.

I travel at least 150 days a year and can say this is a great hotel. The staff are helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. One of the best breakfast buffets in Europe. Location is second to none. The Executive Lounge is one of the best in Europe and they are very dog friendly. In summary, a great place to stay while in Cambridge.

The central location allowed me to easily explore the city on foot, making it convenient. The staff were exceptionally attentive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The room exceeded my expectations with its spacious layout and ample sunlight streaming through the windows. Parking was available for £30 a night, a reasonable fee for the convenience it offered. The highlight was the impressive breakfast spread, featuring a diverse selection. However, my only minor disappointment was the absence of Weetabix.

Overall, my stay at Hilton Cambridge City Centre was delightful, combining a prime location, attentive service, spacious accommodations, and a satisfying breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located hotel in Cambridge.

Convenient location, comfortable room with all the facilities I needed. Very nice stay.

Check in was very easy.
Our King size room was very nice, the bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice to see a hotel that gives you 2 pillows at the start of the stay instead of needing to request them.
Lots of room in the bathroom as well.
Shame there wasn't a small fridge as we were hoping we could have stores some water and other things away for our trip home but apart from that it was lovely.

The breakfast was also very nice, lots of choice for vegetarians and meat eaters. There is hot food, yoghurts, pancakes, pastries and cereals and more.

Everything was very clean.

We were also able to keep our luggage at the hotel while we adventured around Cambridge which was ideal.

This was the best place we stayed during our month long vacation! The Staff was above and beyond friendly and attentive! They made us feel so welcome. We were completely taken care off from the moment we stepped in until the moment we left. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh! The Executive Happy Hour was completely worth the upgrade!

I loved this hotel. Although we arrived late at night, the staff were super helpful and friendly when assisting us with checkin, even recommending us some restaurants and shops to check out nearby.

Our room was very spacious and I enjoyed it throughout our stay.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was high quality and had a variety of items, including continental and full English.

Note that if you reserve the buffet a day ahead in time, the price is significantly cheaper so make sure to tell the front desk that you intend to eat the buffet the next morning!
