I had recently been scammed after I called out a cowboy plumber after searching on Google..... so I was feeling extremely anxious and cautious when calling another.
I spoke to Darren and he made me feel comfortable within minutes on the phone and explained the job after hearing the problem and seeing some pics that I sent. He had lots of patience with me after I explained what had just happened and was a complete gentleman.
He came round that day and fixed the problem and charge exactly what we had agreed.100% would recommend his company and I would definitely use him again!

Darren helped fix a pipe for us in under 1 hr literally 30 minutes from calling. He was responsive, polite and charged a good rate.
