I had the privilege of studying at Cambridge for 6 months, and during that time, I had the incredible opportunity to work at the store. It was an amazing experience, and I learned a tremendous amount. Mark and the rest of the staff were fantastic, and their company was invaluable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the team was always willing to lend a helping hand. I was able to hone my customer service skills, as well as gain valuable experience in inventory management and sales. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such an amazing group of people, and I am confident that the skills and knowledge I gained will serve me well in the future.

Lovely staff and great service, helped us out loads for a 30th birthday with decorations and ideas. Planned in advance and collected as promised on the day to the hour, highly recommended.

My wife and I ordered a large 2 metre by 2 metre balloon arrangement and were very happy with the result and service given. We only added the pink 3 balloon and the 2 foil balloons because of a specific theme of the birthday. All of the rest were made by Party Mania Cambridge. The balloons were delivered on time to Bury St Edmunds with plenty of time for us to prepare for the party.

Mark and Bill of Party Mania were absolutely terrific to work with. They did a large scale corporate event for me, consisting of arches, columns and bouquets and they were nothing but polite and professional from the first call to drop off to pick up. Nothing was too much trouble. They matched my company's brand colours, they printed the logos onto foils, they dropped off very early in the morning, they gave me suggestions for what would work in the spaces I needed to decorate... Just brilliant. Their communication was always top notch, too.

There is no doubt that if/when I run this event again, I will definitely be calling on Party Mania. I highly recommend.

I needed some non-tacky balloons for a Hen Party. Phoned them to inquire and agreed best to call into the shop..and that was definitely good advice, they have A LOT of balloons! My table displays were made up very quickly and looked perfect, just what I wanted. The price was very good and staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Super quick & efficient on a Saturday morning, when they were already busy with lots of other displays. Highly recommended!

I visited Party Mania looking for fancy costumes. The variety in the shop for costumes to buy and to rent is incredible. The owner of the shop was very helpful and even personally made sure I got one of the costumes delivered at home. Amazing customer service.

Five stars doesn't come anywhere near the beyond patient and personalised service I received from Mark and Bill. Calls and texts back and forth from ARGENTINA to Cambridge and always the greatest response. Beautiful balloons and solutions to every inconvenience possible. Could never thank them enough. These guys are absolute rockstars.

Booked in at the The Varsity Hotel for my partners birthday, which I wanted to make special. Party Mania work with The Hotel alot for all occasions. Mark from Party Mania was very helpful and easy to contact. Balloons were delivered silently to the Hotel before we arrived. Perfect service! We are from Russia, and two weeks ago we made an order for balloons with delivery to surprise our boss. He was studying in Cambridge at that moment. We got in touch with Party Mania, discussed everything and made a payment through Pay Pal. They delivered everything right in time! He was really happy when the driver came in with a bunch of orange balloons and a big card with our photo printed by Party Mania manager )) Thanks a lot! You can perfectly fulfil an order from Russia - so nothing is impossible for you!

I'm extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the product (plus the price). I called Party Mania at 5:30 pm (just as they were closing), with a pretty special request (extra-large, inflated helium alphabetic letters), and the manager not only found the letters for me, but also very kindly inflated them, over the next 20 minutes (even though they had closed), so that I could pick them up at 6. The letters were perfect, and perfectly arranged. Cannot recommend their work with balloons, etc. highly enough. 5 1/2 stars!

Party Mania offers outstanding, friendly service that you don't get in big-name shops. I would highly recommend them.

Originally, they didn't have the costume I wanted in stock but Mark was very helpful in ordering it in for me and recommending the correct size. He even went above and beyond by ordering in other sizes of the same costume, in case his recommended size didn't fit!

Excellent experience ordering giant number birthday helium balloons for delivery. The friendly, personal service was very nice and it was great to be able to arrange this, particularly during this difficult time. Mark was so helpful - thank you!

Reached out to PartyMania for a corporate event at the Newmarket Racecourse. They got back to me with a quote quickly, which was a fair price. Also offered additional add ons that were creative and attentive to our needs. We correspondence in order to get the proper colors for the balloons that will match our corporate colors. Mark worked diligently to put together all the balloons and showed a true passion for what he does. Will definitely use Part Mania again for our next event!

Best party shop in Cambridge, hands down. Great selection and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. They go the extra mile to make sure you're happy and to top it all off they're great value for money. Will be a returning customer for sure and Recommending them to everyone I know.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and approachable. They stock a wide range of products and their balloon displays are phenomenal. Can't recommend Party Mania enough, wouldn't go anywhere else.

A shop with so many items for parties. They do all sorts of baloon designs, they did beautiful balloons with a Peppa pig theme for a first birthday. Very friendly service and the baloons were reasonably priced too.

Ordered some balloons for a friend's birthday party recently. Personal and friendly service. Bill created some personalised orangutan balloons for us, they were amazing!

It is nice to know that this shop has reopened following the coronavirus pandemic. Thanks for their help today in supplying hellium balloons to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday.
