Co-op Food - Bovey Tracey - Fore Street

Exceeded expectations in all aspects, the manager Rob could not have been more helpful - I was on a last minute supplies run for a wedding taking place later that day and he went the extra mile to help me sort everything. He even helped carry everything to the car. Top guy and an excellent store manager

All of the staff at this Co-op are exceptionally friendly, helpful and love customer service. The manager is especially polite. They are all a credit to themselves and it is always a pleasure to shop there. Just watch as you walk/drive out as the road is narrow and busy with cars/people with no payment on one side.

We've visited this store 4 or 5 times this week whilst staying in the area. I have to say it is the best co-op I have ever been in. Friendly, efficient staff who very much work as a team. I don't know what the secret is but this team deserve recognition for their efforts and in my opinion they could teach many stores a thing or two, especially in my local store in Usk, South Wales.

The tall gentlemen who seems to be the manager at this establishment is always so friendly and packs my shopping bag with speed and precision and always brightens up my day with a warming smile, he runs to that till as if he is about to miss the birth of his first child, absolute hero, never seen someone with such a good work ethic.

Since the coronvirus lockdown I've been using the local stores to buy groceries, I started with Tesco as it was nearest to were I live, however I noticed one day how rude they were at the check out, I thought this isn't how you treat customers if it wasn't for us buying food they would be out of business, now I've found good ol Co-op, polite and curtious, thank you Co-op, will be back again soon

The Coop seems more expensive than other supermarkets but their stores are conveniently placed in the community. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure to shop here.

The staff are very hard workers, in Bovey Tracey. When we had the snow they were professional, polite and accommodating.

Very friendly, welcoming staff that were happy to answer any questions and assist us in any way.

Surprising big inside, has most basics including fresh vegetables, cupboard items and good selection of alcohol.

For a smaller store this has everything you need. To say the least very pleasant staff.

Best Co-op around by miles great flagship and other Co-op's should follow staff example .Very good manager and Staff well done for providing a great service to our town .
