Great typical Waitrose store with friendly staff. But very expensive parking. You’ll need to pay for 12 hours if arriving after 7pm. Waitrose will refund you £1 of the £3,50.

Excellent customer service ,very friendly , polite and professional. All products were available that I wanted to purchase .Large car parking facilities available at Christchurch, Waitrose in Dorset.

i come into the store about twice a week for a few treats, chat to lovely staff and enjoy a free coffee. all the coffee machines are out of order at the moment, all over the country. christchurch has a cafe, so wouldnt it be nice if we could take our cup and have a free coffee in the cafe - as a gesture of goodwill. seems to me, you are trying to discourage people from having a free coffee.

Get car park ticket and reclaim voucher at checkout. Minimum spend £10.

Not a cheap supermarket of course, but you get what you pay for and their Essentials range is as low cost as anywhere else. Plenty of choice, helpful staff, not usually crowded, nice cafe area. Free parking and free newspaper if you spend £10.

I think the freebies have largely gone now, replaced by offers for loyalty card users. Several self service terminals for a quick shop, and usually a member of staff hovering nearby in case you get stuck.

All shelves were stocked up, the people were polite and friendly, whatever I wanted was there. Prices about same as tesco and sainsbury's

One of the surviving deli counters around! Also fresh meat and fish counters! With abundant choices and 25% discount as it's Fish Friday! You cannot go wrong. I just wish it were near where we live! !

Great store with high quality products and lots of produce packed into a small space. Prices are typically higher than other supermarkets, but this is not unusual for Waitrose. The store is kept very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a small car park outside; although it is not free you can get some free parking (via a refund) if you spend over a certain amount in store.

Larger than usual store with fresh meat and fish counter. There is also a bakery and good wine section. Lots of parking.

I have always been a dedicated Tesco's and Sainsbury's shopper, shop for Organic wherever possible. Today was my first time doing a proper shop in Waitrose and I was so happy to see the amazing high quality range of Waitrose brand foods and a large amount of organic options. So nice to see a proper meat counter too. I will be coming here from now on. The parking is only £1 for two hours and you get it refunded back to you at the till.

I would probably still shop for branded foods at other stores where it tends to be less expensive but other than that, I feel healthier and like I am receiving more nutritious food at Waitrose.

Excellent service from a young employee (Ben) who helped me overcome Christchurch Council's awkward parking machine. Would have given up & not gone into the store without his assistance.

Great supermarket. Would reiterate other reviews though - paying for parking isn't great. And with COVID and people not carry change any more, it is particularly annoying to have to pay 40p extra to pay by phone. Still, the quality of the food more than makes up for it.

The produce and choice here is excellent. The car park charges £1 which is refunded with purchases over £10.
