Excellent customer service. I have visited Curry's in Christchurch twice recently and on both occasions was helped by Josh - knowlegeable, friendly; patient and very helpful. Obviously (after reading previous review too) the staff here are a credit to the company.

I visited this store in Christchurch to collect an item but also bought several further products - the staff, notably Johnny, Sky and Katie, were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to give me every assistance and I thank them for doing so in such a polite and cheerful way. I don't always think of Currys as having hugely friendly staff but now I'd say if you want to shop at Currys - go to Christchurch!

Excellent customer service from Max at Christchurch branch this morning. Answered all our questions about the product & arranged next day delivery.

Decided on a new TV popped into Currys they had a great selection that you could actually see working and compare colour, clarity and price helpful staff and walked out with a TV of my choice at a great price still a lot to be said for the personal touch

Bought a laptop for my grandson at this store this afternoon. Being served by Jack (op: 17) who was a delight to deal with! No nonsense, pleasant, informed conversation. A far cry from previous experiences with sales staff who were only interested in pushing the extras and extended warranties. Thank you Jack, well done, 5*!

Big selection but did not have what I was looking for

I went into Christchurch store to buy a hoover and a Fitbit, I was greeted at the door by 2 lovely ladies. I knew the Fitbit I was after, but struggled with the hoover, Katie came to my rescue and let me know pros & cons of different makes, and I now have the perfect hoover. Thank you so much for your help Katie 😃

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Thank you to the staff who were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly on both of my visits recently when I went to buy a new laptop. Many thanks in particular to Michael, who was so patient, and gave me a lot of helpful information (keep an eye out for this young man on the shop floor, he was excellent!). It's early days, but I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

Yesterday I purchased a washing machine,and whilst not all the Staff were courteous, the person who eventually served us was very good. His name is Jack,and he was patient, polite, and very thorough in all that he did for my daughter and me.These stars are for him alone,and I hope that he will know of this well earned praise! I only popped in to browse so didn't buy anything.
If I had been purchasing there were lots of smart, happy and polite staff members available. I didn't need a y assistance myself but I was greeted cheerfully when I entered and asked what I was looking for.
I overheard one of the staff members demonstrating a vacuum cleaner to some other customers - he appeared to be very knowledgeable about the products.
The store was clean and tidy and, since it was bitterly cold outside, I appreciated the comfortable warmth of the store.
Based on my visit today I would recommend the Christchurch branch of Currys.

I called in to the christchurch branch and they were great - very helpful. i did already know which TV i wanted, but was still given some good advice on specs and HDMI leads by Brian the manager. they had good stock and i was in and out nice and quick!

We visited the Somerford store today to discuss gaming PC’s. We have very little knowledge about them but Harvey came to our rescue and was very helpful and gave us information we needed and tips to help us find the right PC. He is a credit to the store.

Absolutely brilliant. Your assistant was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would not buy a phone or a tablet from anywhere else and have been a customer many times before. well done Carphone Warehouse.

I have been warned not to expect much in the way of customer service at Curry's. Choice, yes. This was my first visit ever although I have used their on line shopping very satisfactorily. After being left for a decent amount of time to thoroughly check out the range of printers, Jamie offered help and was able to answer my questions and allow me to finally make a choice. He was extremely well informed and articulate. Also very courteous.

Shopped click and collect which was very quick and efficient. Pull up, tell them you are there via a link in text /email open your boot and the item is delivered direct to your car with no physical contact. Excellent service within just a few minutes!

The sales assistant was great, and helped with my order. Very happy 😊 didn't have to stand about for ages waiting for someone at this christchurch branch as I did in Poole, where I waited at least 20 mins.
