On behalf of water sports enthusiasts, thank you for offering many different brands quickly and at affordable prices. I bought a fullbody wetsuit. I didn't have any problems with the size because I checked the size guide. The product quality was also as I know it. The shipping was so fast I couldn't believe it. I received it within 1 week even though it coincided with the customs process and a 3-day public holiday. I have never seen better in terms of customer service. Thank you very much for your interest. Popped in this place today to buy a wetsuit setup with no real idea what would be best for me. The young lad I spoke to was more than happy to help me choose the ideal type based on my requirements. I had to try on a couple of different sizes to find the best fit but he was more than patient and I left with the perfect setup! Best of all he didn’t steer me toward unnecessary expense which was great. Will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Popped into too get wetsuits and rash vests for myself, my wife and my daughter, too use while paddle boarding. The staff were awesome, they are super helpful and really know the products, they answered all our questions. It is so refreshing to meet staff who are passionate, knowledgeable and professional. Have bought several items from this store online, they all came quickly and as described. I had to return 1 item as it didn't fit and the returns process was easy and the refund came on time. I rang them once and they were friendly and helpful on the phone. Recommended store.

Excellent experience with Wetsuit Outlet, had an issue with PayPal and meant I'd missed the 1500 delivery deadline, but a quick call with Caroline meant it was all sorted and board arrived next day. Great piece of kit, great customer service, couldn't recommend more highly.

My wetsuit didn’t hold up, not their fault. They did give me store credit but unfortunately I didn’t find anything that took my fancy so I made a call to a lovely women called sylvie (sorry if spelling is wrong). I asked if I could just have my money back into my bank account. She didn’t lie and was honest about knowing what to do. Only took 30mins and I had my full refund. Absolutely amazing service really really well done guys keep it up. Will definitely buy from you again in the future and will definitely recommend you!!

Looking for a buoyancy aid. Staff helpful in finding the fit that I need. Unfortunately size I wanted not in stock but I can order online when it comes into stock.

Probably the best customer service I have had in ages.
Unfortunately my new wetsuit purchase didn't turn up due to UPS not knowing where it was in there depot.
Contacted wetsuit outlet to see if anything could be done as I was supposed to be going away for the weekend the following day at 2pm, spoke to Gill at Wetsuit outlet who contacted UPS to see if anything could be done, which UPS said they could do nothing.
Within an hour of speaking to her a replacement suit was on its way to me at no cost to myself.
It arrived the following day at 0930 with a different courier.
Had a fantastic couple of days away, would recommend this shop and will use again...cheers guys!

Fast delivery! Bought the nicest wetsuit on the market for an insanely cheap price and it arrived in 3 days to me the USA (plus an additional discount because they deduct VAT for overseas buyers). I even think they made a mistake it was so cheap! However, they honored my order no questions asked!
