McDonald's

Love this McDonald's! The food is always hot, fresh and of good quality.
Staff are friendly and often crack a joke with you.
Drive-through can get rammed around school leaving times and 5/ 6 o'clock but with two drive-through order stations you get through quickly! There is ample parking for all vehicles although you are restricted for drive-through (1.8m I think!?)
The actual restaurant is clean and not normally too busy! Except school and dinner times. There is an inside and outside area, both kid friendly.
The toilets are looked after and checked regularly and all is wheelchair friendly right from car to toilet!

By far the best McDonald’s in the area it does get busy but if you end up there at any not busy time of the day it will give you the highest standard food and service McDonald’s can give. The high street McDonald’s are becoming a vulnerable places to go and let alone in the summer the waits can literally go to around an hour it’s just not worth it. Just take the extra drive here and enjoy your McDonald’s 10x more!

Popped through the drivethru whilst on the road. Both workers on the drive thru hatches were very polite and actually seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Food was hot and tasted good and wasn't greasy. Everything was alright

We was very wet and cold due to massive rain storm.so used McDonald's to get dry and warm and have something to eat. Couldn't have picked a better place, staff helpful and so polite.

We nt into to restaurant to get a breakfast. I was in a wheelchair and struggling with the self service boards a lovely young lady named Yasmin came and helped me out. A credit to the branch x

This used to be my local branch, not every week though when I lived in Southend. Depending when you go in it can be a bit rough but the food was ok and the staff are friendly and hard working.

I'm loving it 🤜🏻🤛🏻 breakfast sorted me right out Bacon 🥓 roll meal plus cappuccino (noocie) 🤘🏻😎

Chips were disgusting. Need to change the oil more often.

Fresh and fast food, really tasty and very hot.
Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Restaurant itself was clean and well-kept which was lovely, and it wasn’t overly busy or crowded. Would definitely come out of my way to come back here as it was a great experience.

I don’t really leave reviews but I think this McDonald’s deserves a very good review. I’ve eaten in McDonald in many places and there always was some problems with food not being fresh or cold food etc but in this one never ever I had any issues. Food is always amazingly fresh no matter if it’s 10am or 10pm, service is always good and they never messed up our orders. Well done !!!

We organised a class lunch at McDonalds and Patrick ensured that our order arrived exactly on time. That everyone had enough dips and that a mix up with my ordering was quickly smoothed over.
It was lovely to see some of the team dressed up in Christmas themed clothes. The chilled and happy vibe helped our party go well.

And also double thanks to Patrick for ensuring the party order got my husband 12 million points on the Macdonals App. 🤣

Macdonalds is lovely but it is made great by people like Patrick and his Team.

Deeeeeelicious , just tried out the new McPlant Burger and it was tasty , serviced very quickly, The burger almost looked as good as the promo pictures. The fries were hot the lettuce was fresh and the staff were friendly.
Been a couple weeks now. Still great veggie food staff still good too

Amazing they actually got my order correct. So often when I use various branches it is messed up. I detest cheese and more times than not my order will have been messed up. Causing a delay. So we'll done Southchurch.

Stopped here with the grandkids, on way home from the beach, it was soooo busy, very quick service, we had to wait in the car park for our food which was brought out to us by a very smiley happy friendly lady. We were also met by the same person inside when we went into the building to use the conveniences. Both her and her colleague were very welcoming, grabbed the kids attention and made sure they all had hats, balloons and colouring packs to leave with.
