Nike Factory Store Durham

First ever visit. Went when it was pretty quite, 10:50 on a Thursday morning. The shelves were full, the staff were distant yet there if you needed anything. The shop was clean and well presented. Shoe section is what takes up most of the store. Shoes for all ages and most tastes of style. They also have a large reduced section. Great store, would visit again if I needed any Nike 👍

Always find a bargain here, great staff and it's not untidy or like a jumble sale, get to the back walls if you want 30% off 👀😁

Staff at this store are very helpful and always try to get you the product sizes you require even if they aren’t in store.
They check the website and even order to your home or store for pick up.
Their product knowledge is very good and nothing seems a problem for them.

A full 5 stars yes. The sales person went out of his way to assist me. There was a good range of trainers for professional runners and the average non runner like me. Well done

Saved £70 today in here. I always recommend giving this outlet shop a visit before going to other sports shops. Always full of bargains. Was served by a lovely young lad in a blue top who was very friendly. Don't know his name though x

Fast easy returns when bought offline instore

Excellent choice, staff very happy, friendly and helpful. Didn't even need to visit the checkout counter, the staff member did everything at the place where I tried on my shoes. Definitely disability friendly!!

Staff are brilliant, helped out amazingly, sadly due to issues out of everyone's hands we couldn't proceed with a transaction but that didn't stop the staff thinking about multiple ways to get it working.

Love the prices although it has crept up a little (as has everything) It has a good range of trainers and a fair amount of clothing. I'd really love to see more of a kids range. Absolutely amazing that Nike use real life size mannequins sports figures and normal person sized!

I’ve popped in a few times now to the Nike store to see what shoes are available. Every visit has always been fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming staff, Dan in particular today was great, he helped me try on different sizes in the style of shoe I was after and it was great to be able to get a feel for how they felt before committing to a purchase. Highly recommend this store! ⭐

Staff are brilliant and give not just advice on the stock but also what best deals to save you more.

Excellent customer service. Very pleasant and helpful. Manager was friendly and really helpful (and had even come in on his day off). Will definitely be popping in again.
