Workwear Express

We have been using Workwear Express for a number of years for our workwear.
We have just received 5 Autumn bundles for our staff and very pleased with the order and quality.
There have been a couple of issues in that time with some orders, but found they have promptly dealt with them..
The delivery time has been prompt and I have not found they have exceeded a reasonable delivery time, especially when embroidering large quantities.
Will be ordering again, when more clothinig required.

We could not be more impressed with the quality of our face masks.
The material used is incredibly soft and lovely when wearing on the face. We have washed the masks in the machine and I was very impressed to find that our logo did not fade after multiple washes. The art design team was brilliant in ensuring we were more than happy with the design and colours before the masks were made and took great detail to get it right.

Friendly service. On one occasion, a Saturday, they were closed for decorators. When my son said he worked away all week, a member of staff brought his order out to the car. Good quality workwear.

Ordered a batch of Polos, regatta jackets and rain jackets, all very good quality, had a bit of a problem with the stock and artwork teams after the initial order but they made good on their promise to make right the missed delivery dates, the communication when i expressed my frustration was great and they kept me informed of what was happenning.
Everyone has been effected by covid and very few companies are running to 100%.
I judge companies on how they handle issues as well as the delivery of products and services, these people take pride in what they do.
I would definitely use again as if there is a problem then they will make sure its rectified.

I have been dealing with Workwear Express for almost a year now and am very impressed by the overall service. The staff are always available to speak to if there is a query my end, and the goods provided are top quality. I recently ordered thirty beanie hats and they arrived within four days!

I am very pleased with my recent order, i have in the past had my work livery made by Workwear and been very Happy with the results.
My latest order was to do with my hobby = angling, i had a logo made up with a Tench as the central motif. Aimee who deals with artwork was great to communicate with , even changing the thread colour to get the fish just right. I also dealt with Tash who again was a pleasure to talk to about my order.
I also dealt with Amy who kept me up to date regarding delivery. as one item was briefly out of stock.
I had all the garments i wanted and with a brilliant logo.

I recently bought a hi-viz vest from Workwear and the service scored a 5 stars overall. The quality of the vest is very good: strong stitching, hard wearing material, generous sizing ( to wear over a jacket etc) well applied custom lettering and very bright reflective quality. The company sends an image of your custom design for you to agree prior to printing. Great service, great quality products.

Just received my order recently and I Very happy with polo shirts good quality

Very happy with my printed T shirts. Turned around so fast and they even assisted me with adding text to my logo. Very happy customer. I will be using workwear express dt all my shirts from now on.

I needed some new workwear and looked online. I found a couple of site with Workwear Express being one of them.

The catalog of stock is vast and the ease to order is simple.
My order was delivered 2 days later and the quality was spot on.

I have ordered shirts for our charity workers several times. The embroidery we have on the shirts is beautiful and our orders are always accurate and delivered promptly. Thank you Joshua and Tina for a great service.

I ordered safety shoes for my staff and despite not having them in stock the firm put the order together and made inquiries with the manufacturers making sure that it was in stock with them while I was on the phone and confirmed will have the shoes within a week a and bingo it was with us 5 days later. Great service and excellent communication. After receiving the pair it was slightly smaller in size, rang the company and the staff exchanged for another size and got to return the first pair back free of charge. Overall great service and will do business with this company again in the future.

I contacted them several times for a customized beanie hat and they respectfully replied to all my requests.
I can't wait to get on with it and receive my order but as a professional myself I have to respect the way I have been treated so far.

I ordered some branded polo shirts for a trade show, around 2 weeks before to give plenty of time. The estimated delivery was Thursday the week before which worked well.
When it got to that Thursday I hadn’t received a dispatch notification so contacted them to be told they weren’t being embroidered until the Friday for delivery by Wednesday the following week after the show had finished.

I explained my situation and that it would be too late, and they were great. The lady I spoke to tried to find my shirts to get it fast tracked but couldn’t as it was already mid-process, so instead she found some polo shirts of the same size and colour from stock, put them in the machine for embroidery straight away and had them delivered for next morning to my home - all for free. I’m still going to get the shirts I ordered too so will now have spares which I didn’t need to pay for.

Some might say that the ordered shouldn’t have been delayed in the first place but it’s how well the customer service team reacts which is the testament of a company, and I was very impressed.

The shirts I received were great quality, the logos look great and gave the impression I wanted at the trade show.
I’ll definitely be using workwear express again.

Email was showing processing 3 days after I ordered. I rang up 2 days before I needed them. One order wasn't in stock. Sent out on same day I rang received them the next day.

Absolutely fantastic company.
Had an issue in my first order, regarding size, that was 4 orders ago, customer service were fantastic and thorough. Orders have always been quickly dispatched and the work excellent, and great value for money.
