I went to the store today with my Mam and her partner and she bought a cooker, fridge freezer, Hoover and an air fryer and I have to say the lady who served us, Lillian, was absolutely fantastic. I hope this review gets back to her as she is a real credit to your company. She was so lovely and even helped us carry the things back to the car. Please thank her from us x

I've always been happy with how I've been treated and also happy with my purchases today was no exception I had to find the exact Henry hoover bags I walked in and could not decide which ons were the right ones Stephen operator 51came over and I showed him the codes I'd taken from the hoover he got the correct ones . He's has a nice way about him not pushy thankyou Stephen .

Me and my partner had a really good experience with this Currys store recently. Due to our fridge freezer breaking down on us we desperately needed a new one. We visited this store and found a reduced unit with some minor cosmetic damage. This unit was a no brainer as the damage was very minimal. The salesman Tom sold us the fridge and gave us an A class service. Everything was clear and consise and Tom did a great job communicating with us. We had an odd experience with the fridge freezer recycling service but this was quickly sorted out right away by Gav, Laura and Keir who were also great and very quick to sort the issue. Thanks again guys!

My husband and I bought a Miele dishwasher today. Sean showed excellent product knowledge, he was very helpful, with some very pleasant manner. At some point, the sale, kind of, came to a dead end because of a computer/system glitch; in the end, Sean managed to find a solution, at the same time maintaining a calm and positive attitude. Great service ! Thank you.

I was really pleased with the service I received on a recent visit to buy a new electrical item. The service was excellent. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Ordered a TV online that was delivered damaged. No joy on the phone to customer services so popped into store and Kayleigh quickly and efficiently arranged a collection and delivery for the damaged TV to be swapped with a new one tomorrow. Thanks for your help

It had exactly what I needed, the store is bright, plenty of choice, and the young lady who helped us,patient, not pushy and new her stuff, I enjoyed the experience

Honestly I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to getting a new phone but both Johnathon and Tom were great! Johnathon started off the sale but Tom took over and I can say they both had excellent product knowledge and were super friendly and patient. Tom took his time to throughly explain everything and made sure I fully understood what I was getting.
