Visited this watch dealer/jewellers just to have a 'look'!! I was greeted at the door and welcomed in ti take my time and look around. One of the sales professionals walked up and introduced himself - Adam Goddard. Well needless to say; I left having made a wonderful purchaser to add to my ever growing watch collection. Adam was polished; professional and very engaging. He was willing to share his knowledge and expertise without ever pushing a sale. Recently had an amazing experience/service here with Connor. I was looking for a special watch to celebrate an important milestone and despite going in with something in mind, Connor took the time to take me through the entire Rolex Range. As such the wish list was different to what I had imagined and Connor has managed to secure my favourite watch unbelievably quickly - I couldn’t rate Connor and the Team any higher.

I bought a watch from Leona a few years ago, who has been fantastic ever since. Initially pleased with the purchase and getting an additional strap for the watch. Since then always a quick response to any questions via email. Recently I've needed links changed on a strap for watch I didn't purchase at Pragnell and they were more than happy to do this. The customer service here is old school customer centric, the little things like the speed at which the people welcome you at the door. I have never left an experience with them, with a bad taste, and always feel special.

Many thanks to John, who was able to get me exactly the timepiece I wanted. There was a wee wait, but worth it in the end - it's a beautiful watch, which I am delighted with. John was very happy to show lots of other watches to my watch-mad son, and talked in detail about the history of watches & companies, so my son loved that too.

Visited Pragnell yesterday and was greeted by a very pleasant man called John at the door. After a quick conversation about what we were visiting for he sat us down, offered us a drink and overviewed what we were looking to buy. It was our 30th anniversary and we were looking to buy a watch (Rolex).
John and all the other people working in the shop were so friendly and helpful it was as absolute delight to be there.
Proper good old fashioned customer service is rare these days - John was brilliant, his professionalism and honesty about lead time expectations was refreshing!
After we were finished and told about the wait times he ushered us over to see some of the most incredible diamond rings - wow!!

Visiting Pragnell in Stratford upon Avon is in itself a wonderful experience made extra special by the wonderful team that work there. I have had many items repaired there and also bought many things from Jewellery to expensive watches and the service and professionalism of the team is consistently excellent. I visited Pragnell on Mount Street, London during the weekend. My fiancé and I were very impressed with the visual of the store, extremely professional and clinical. Can’t recommend Pragnells enough, myself and my husband first visited the showroom last year and have had the privilege of dealing with Connor ever since. We have visited numerous times since and can say it is an absolute pleasure each time to visit. Connor is a real asset to the company, he looks after us very well and makes each visit memorable by being so welcoming and great to talk to. His product knowledge is very impressive, he takes the time to talk through the technical aspects of different watches which I know is very much appreciated by my husband. We are very grateful to Connor for his help over the past year, this is a family friendly company who we hope to deal with for many years to come.

I’ve been into collecting watches for a few years and have quite a collection, across various brands including Tudor, omega, Swatch, IwC, Seiko and panerai, but have always wanted a Rolex. I’ve been frustrated by the poor service at other ADs, who look down their noses at you if you don’t have a 6 figure purchase history with them, or they try and upsell you watches you don’t want. So I when I walked into Pragnells a few months ago I met Leona and was open about this experience and asked for an honest view on the watches I may be able to purchase. She talked me through this and 2 of my preferred choices I knew would be unlikely with no purchase history, which she confirmed. My 3rd choice was the Yachtmaster 40 in rolesium, which she told me was not readily available but was more realistic. A few months later, I “got the call” and the experience was equally pleasant when I collected the watch. Leona is knowledgeable and the watch was sized properly. To make it even better, there was a Patek exhibition on, so I was able to view and try on a couple of “grail watches” whilst I waited! The preowned Pragnell shop over the road also has some gems at good prices, so I’m sure I’ll be back whilst I wait for my next choice to become available.

Recently visited Pragnells to discuss the potential purchase of a new watch. The store is a watch enthusiasts dream, boasting an impressive selection for many tastes and budgets. I would like to make a point of thanking Adam for his exceptional service and warm and friendly demeanor, Adam is clearly very knowledgeable in regards to watches and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new watch, it's a real treat to visit.

Have been liaising with Leona about getting a specific watch for the last 18 months and I must say Leona has been brilliant. She has kept me updated regularly regarding stock and I’ve tried a few watches on. This was up until yesterday when I purchased one which I am over the moon with. I will continue on my journey with Leona and Pragnallls and can’t wait until my next purchase. Highly recommended

I just purchased an Omega seamaster 300m and spoke to Marc at their Stratford upon Avon branch. He couldn't have been more helpful and emailed me all the details of the watch, I then spoke to him on the phone and confirmed the purchase, he even offered to resize the bracelet for me. A very professional, polite experience and when I have the need for my next purchase, I won't hesitate to use Pragnell's. I went into the Pragnells in Stratford with some stress after having my Rolex my wife gave me for a wedding anniversary 5 years ago fall off my wrist while treking in Scotland- fortunately the watch was miraculous recovered and returned to me by another treker. Pragnells understood immediately my needs and with expert precision repaired the bracelet and professionally fitted it to my wrist. Superb service from Daniel and Leona.
