I bought a lovely little car from Omega Cars. The guys were all extremely helpful and friendly. The car I bought had a 12 month mot. 6 month warranty and was fully valeted before I collected it.
I highly recommend this garage for affordable used cars.

Just collected a 1 series m sport from Omega, really smooth buy. Complete confidence buying from them very happy with the new car and I'm sure any need for aftersales would be trouble free. Great local dealer.

Great company to deal with, spoke to on Monday paid deposit, car delivered free of charge on Wednesday morning! Car exactly as seen on website was a bit nervous about buying a car without test driving and seeing it properly in person, needn't have worried excellent service very efficient! It looks like Omega have deleted the many negative reviews that used to be on here. I've re added my experience below.

If I could leave a lower rating than 1/5 I would.

I recently bought a vehicle from Omega Cars and within 24 hours it ceased to function.

The salesman who had dealt with the transaction assured me that they would send the car off the next day to have it (primarily the gearbox) fixed and I would have it back, good as new within a few days.

After waiting A MONTH with countless phone calls, being told there was delay after delay and hearing excuse after excuse, each time having to phone Omega myself to get any sort of update, I was still no closer to having the car I’d paid for.
*I was offered a courtesy car during this time but chose not to take one.

Frustrated and now £6,500 and one part exchanged Skoda down I visited Omega to ask for a full refund, to which they obliged. – This wasn’t too much of an effort for them as to my surprise, they had never sent off the relevant documents to register the car in my name anyway, despite me having taxed it, insured it and paid for it a month ago.

To further complicate all this - the car I had part exchanged as part of the purchase, since being in the possession of Omega cars was also now broken. Shockingly, the staff at Omega proceeded to physically roll the car out onto the street stating that it was no longer their responsibility and advising I get it shifted quickly as it was no longer taxed. *Despite me having sent off the documents to state I would no longer be the registered keeper they hadn’t bothered to re register or re tax it yet.

To date, I’ve wasted hours of time on the phone to the DVLA and to my insurance company trying to formally rectify this, with no help from Omega.

Further, my Skoda is still at a local garage being repairing and Omega refuse to take any responsibility for this despite it being in full working condition when I left it there.

Since dealing with them I have lost time, money and effort and gained nothing but stress - I have never received customer service as poor as this and certainly would not recommend them
